This is a Nigerian ripoff scam. These are not credible people. Do not give any information on the phone ever.

Not sure but I'm receiving phone calls from the same # as well

I got calls from this number too. I had about 5 companies try to install satellite and the guy who came out from this office was the only one to do it. I will tell you the installer is the most patient and professional service guy i have ever had the pleasure to meet. Now i have satellite thanks to these people! I know they are from Connecticut. I was hoping to find their website to make a comment by searching their number. I guess this is just as good. I refered my mom and they came out promptly to site survey her house, she will get her installation done soon as well and she too had 4 or 5 people come out who said they could not do it!

Thanks to them i pay almost $40 per month less for more channels and could not be happier!

daily calls to my cell anyone know who this is

i have recieved numerous calls from this # they claim to be from dish network yet i already have that network....5 phone calls later the girl is laughing at me on the phone and then hangs up on me!

I ordered directv. They came to my house but said they could not install due to trees being in the way. I called back and asked for a 2nd opinion. Somehow someone got this information and called my claiming to be from dish network. A woman with a carribean accent claimed dish network has better or newer satalites and offered a package for 24.99. I was suspicous but played along. I told them to call back after work at 3pm. At 3pm I got a call form a private number.. it was her. I hung up on her. She continued to call from the 813 number and also a number with a 585 area code. I told her to "lose the bleeping number" and hung up.  A couple hours have passed... we'll see if it ends here.

Received a call from them, called back and apparently its dish network based in CT, but what makes no sense is that i'm in NY... so its a scam as far as i can see it.

This number is legit and the company is credible. They are based out of Meriden, CT. I spoke with many friendly people all with Jamaican accents who were very helpful and polite.

The lines "DirecTV have new satellites up" and "DISH Network's dish is higher in the sky" are just sales pitches to get you interested in buying their service. They sell both DirecTV and DISH. Bottom line is they can install the service and deliver the promised pricing.

About a month ago I signed up for DirecTV service through the official website. It took over 2 weeks for one of their installers to visit my house. When he arrived he seemed very lazy, and I could tell he didn't want to work given the very humid August day here in the northeast. He spent no more than 5 minutes at my house stating there was no way I can have DirecTV service because of two trees that were in the line-of-sight. He claimed he would "send a supervisor for a second opinion". This is something they say to skate away from the work site. No supervisor ever actually comes out.

Immediately the next day, I got a call from this number. I believe the DirecTV installer sold the information from the inside because they knew everything about my current situation. They claimed they could offer me DISH service and would mount the dish so it looked over the trees. I stated if I could receive some sort of satellite service, I would purchase their plan. Not even a couple days later I was hooked up and receiving every promised channel. The installer did an excellent job and was very friendly. He even said he could of got me DirecTV if I wanted it (found a line-of-site), but I already tried that route and DirecTV ended up losing a customer.

These people just called me saying that Dish Network can install a dish at my house - I tried to do DirecTV last week and our trees were too high.

They claimed that Dish Network's dish is higher in the sky.

What I don't understand is how they got my #.  Why would DirecTV sell my # to a competitor?

The person spoke with a Carribean accent, and gave me an 866 # to call back.  

I'm not sure what to think - would like to get satellite rather than the obnoxiously expensive cable, but this seems fishy...

These people will not stop calling!  My number is never given out so it did not get placed on a promotional list by accord.

"Unknown Name" ... I never pick up with "Unknown Name".

Whenever a legitimate creditor calls they always have their name, albeit sometimes cryptic, displayed in the caller ID.

"Unknowns" are just that, unknown.

They are a local sales and installations team out of Meriden CT. I looked them up on Angies list and BBB online. They got my business as well as 2 of friends. Extremely efficient and professional, i was pleased.

The Company is a credible one and has installed alot of systems with CT,strange some people have not done their home work but  rest assured they are for real

I had the same call. The person on the call told me the same thing. They discovered new satilites in my area and the sernice was $24.99 if I wanted to subscribe. I didnt know it was a scam till they called today and I googled the number and found this. Thank you very much because they sounded real.

Same thing. Said we had problems with Sattelite TV and wanted to offer a deal on it. I'm pretty sure its the company we had come out to eventually install our directv sold our info somewhere.

THIS IS A SCAM! This number called us and said they were Direct TV and they had new satelites put up and we can get thier service for $24.99 a month. We thought it was GREAT so we gave them our credit card number and set up a date for them to come install it. We just called Direct TV to make sure everything was all set and turns out no one called from there and it was a credit card scam so be CAREFUL!
