I work at a clothing company and caller kept calling in asking if it was weird if he wore woman's cloths and would hang up when you asked for his info

I second the "US number that international calls are routed through."  Got it at work, when one of my contacts in India was trying to reach me.

Got a call from Egypt on this number

I got this call at my work phone. A foreign man, asked to speak to me. I ask if it was a personal call or a sales call. The man refused to answer the question. I told him if he could not answer to call on my cell# and hung up. He called me back 6 times in 8 minutes. I hung up each time. He then called on my cell. I id'ed myself and told him to call me when I was on break or lunch or better yet to stop calling. I told him to communicate through mail, and hung up on him again. He called me back 3 more times on my cell #.

We've received 4 times from this number this morning from a woman stating to be Grace from China.  She asks for our Product Designer or Sourcing Group.  She is presistent and if you don't give her the information she wants, she will continue to call back.  We have blocked this number from our company switchboard.

This number called Discover Card and tried to get a new card issued to them.  Must be a random dummy number used who knows where.

Hey guys this number is a US trunk line that international calls are routed through. I work in the fraud dept of a major bank and we see this number associated with fraud alot. If this number calls they are not is the US, they could be anywhere in the world.

Just looked at our AT&T 800 bill.  We have received over 60 calls from this number all during the middle of the night.  Very strange.  Any suggestions?

We have received a call from this number several calls and the caller states she is Grace from China and would like to speak to our Product Designer.  We have blocked her from calling our company, she was calling up to 6 times in a day.

There's a lot of Military Customers that use a service routing through this number.

Call came into our call center, and I picked up the request for a Spanish callback. I looked it up after getting nothing but a rapid busy signal and found this page and other pages about this number and how it seems to come from different states than the area code. Incidentally, a reverse lookup on this number gets no results.

caller says he was in venezuela....

It's a US number that many international calls are routed through, in my experience often from overseas service members.

Caller claimed to be in California. Caller ID showing Connecticut phone number.
