Wooo hooo I won the internets...I hung up again

Robot call - Message "To thank you for your internet survey response we (unknown as to who is "we"), please press 1 to continue, or 3 for no further contact".

I hung up at this. - looks like a scam as I did not fill "surveys".

Yes, I have received a call--- no one was on the line, that is no one spoke.  The line was open, but no one speaking.  I tried to return the call and got a message "Sorry all circuits are busy now".  Do you know who this is from.  I have been getting a lot of calls where no one spoke, but not until tonight did I pay any attention to the number.  Then I looked it up on the computer and saw your post.  

I would be interested in who is making all these calls.

Got a phone call from this nimber, no message.
