they call non stop and they never leave a message and when you call back it sais "the number you have reached is not in service". I simply refuse to answer any calls if that has unknown name, or a location for the name

Simply call, no message left, no caller id.  The phone companies should be held accountable for allowing THEIR customers to make these anonymous annoying calls.  NO BUSINESS should be permitted to make phone calls without a proper description of who they are appearing on caller id.  And this includes the GOVERNMENT.  Service Canada is one of the worst offenders for making calls that just show a number, not who it belongs to.  March 20, 2009

this caller also uses 204-988-9444, 204-988-9445, 204-988-9446 ,204-988-9453

Calls and does not leave a message and calls next day with a similar number 204-988-9447.
