This company keeps calling insessantly for somebody named Jack.  I have had this number for 11 years and there is nobody named Jack at this number.  I explain this over and over and over and ask to be taken off of their call list but the same lady keeps calling me.

He called me too with the same scam - "is Vic there?". I have had this number for 10 years. I don't think it was a kistake but a way that he can confirm that you have had the number for a long period, to use it as some kind of reference - information gathering in prep for an indentity theft.

Called 6 times on a Saturday morning.  Claimed to be calling about a VISA card ending in 4 digits from Bank of America.  First time, I answered automated voice asked me to hold for a representative.  Seventh time, I picked up and told them I own no such VISA card and not to call me again.

Called 16 times in two days all hours.  No message ever left on machine.  Told them once to "STOP CALLING" and I have no idea why they would be calling my number.  Very annoying.

I have recieved calls from this number every thirty minutes. The answering machine records an automated voice and then there was a hand up several times. On other occassions they have asked for someone that oes not live at my address. When I called them back to tell them to stop calling the wrong number they tried to keep me on the phone. Needless to say, they still call and ask for the wrong person on the aanswering machine.

Many calls hang ups if my answering machine picks up. I have a very illmother and these calls always seem to come when I have just got her settled down. They are relentless calling weekends every weekend starting at 8 am ending about 9 pm sometimes as much as every hour. I I answer I just hang up and then they call right back every 5 min. I cant afford to leave off the hook due to my mother. It seems that they could be stopped somehow. I don't owe any credit card I sure don't have one with them.

I got the same number calling every 15 minutes on the weekend.  Well that's because I am home on the weekend.  It's so annoying by this company that there is no one to stop them.  Who are they and what they want?

Annoying phone calls from this number all the time.  Nobody is on the other end.

I am having the same problem even though the account has been updated and PAID for two weeks.  Hang ups, dead silence and when you call back "the supervisor is NOT available"  Like I believed that one - I told her I would wait, but now I am just going to keep calling back to see if I get the same person.

They are calling every day, 7 days a week....This is so annoying, and if I answer, there's dead silence on the other line...

I getting this call to 7 day a week i get 8 call for day-- They never leave a mesage that any one know how to stop sometime they call so early in the morning also on the weekend

I am on my way to BOA now with printed documents clearing showing that I had a charge to my account that was covered but later the charge wasn't covered.  HOW is that.  I totally agree. I am closing the account as well.

I?ve been receiving as many as 5 or 6 calls each day from this number.  They never leave a message so I called them back and asked them what company they represent and he said card services.  I told them I don?t have any credit cards and to stop calling.  I filed 5 complaints with the FCC through their DONOTCALL registry.  Each time they call I file another complaint.  I also call and ?make the day of whom ever? answers from this number each time they call.  I can play the harassment game also.  The next step is to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General?s office.  It?s 8:00pm and they just called again, so I?ve got to go and file another complaint.
I don?t believe in getting ripped off by banks so I have no credit cards.  Don?t do any business with Bank of America.

THEY CALLED LOOKING FOR THE PREVIOUS OWNER OF THE NUMBER, I STATED THAT HE NO LONGER HAD THE NUMBER, THEY WERE EXTREMELY NICE AND SAID THEY WOULD TAKE THE NUMBER OFF THE LISTING.  WE SHALL SEE.  I STATED THAT I WOULD FILE THE APPROPRIATE COMPLAINTS IF THE CALLS CONTINUED...
