It was a free cruise to bahamas. Call cut out on me. Number doesnt work to call back

Got a phone call from the same # answered but no one spoke.  Called it back and it wasn't in service?  Weird ???

Have got 2 calls, one on the 9th & one today, no messages are being left. Tried calling the # back and it says it's disconnected.

Called but left no message. Tried calling back within a few minutes and I got a recording saying the number is not in service! What kind of setup is this?

This number called the past 2 days. No voicemail.
