They are full of crap. Some guy just called me at work saying I was going to be picked up for criminal charges at my home or work today for bad checks (of which I have none). I asked SEVEN times where they were located and the guy got real angry and said "delaware". He screamed at me and said I'm unethical and have no morals or value to my society. haha. I said SERVE ME THEN! They always call about these fake court papers that not surprisingly never appear. What a joke.

Don't let these jerks intimidate you! No one can go to jail over a bad debt, and threatening legal action under such circumstances is illegal. Has anyone done any research on Patrick and Associates? There is nothing about them anywhere on the we that I could find. This is a common predatory practice among collection agencies, and they prey on people who take short-term payday loans. Most of us who do this are struggling to make ends meet, and either forgot or couldn't afford to pay it back. We are especially susceptible to these predatory collection practices.  Become familiar with your states collection laws, make notes on how they violate them, and file a complaint with your states attorney general and the Alabama attorney general. Most of us are too afraid to do anything because we just assume they are right and we simply pay what they ask. Don't do it! Do research and know your rights.

i just got a call from patrick &associates at my place of employment saying they were going to come and arrest me if i didn't pay them the money i owed them. when he was told he was going to be connected with my boss he quick left his name and  number then hung up. why are they calling peoples jobs isn't that harrassment and against the law ?????? !!!!!!!!!!!!!

8/23 Patrick & Associates ? I spoke with Mr. Bernstein (office # 205-623-5513) at 11:15 am regarding a Cashnet account that I took out back in 2005 (which I never had this acct). He stated that I owed $1910 and that it?s gotten to the point that where I would be arrested from my local county. He proceeded to tell me that I could pay $330 and that he would give me a few hours to come up with the rest. I asked him from legit company information and he began to use foul language and act unprofessional. I called my local police to file a report, I high recommend that everyone here please do the same to stop this fraud!!!

Mr. Robert Bernstein, John Utah, and Mr. Webb called saying  that they were calling regarding an outstanding account (in which this account have been paid off and closed for a year) and would need 1263.38 or I could be arrested. Where are they getting this information from, is everyone's information available for viewing that people like this call and harass everyone?

John Utah Also Called me saying I owe $1,116 to something out of the water bill that happened in 2008! Why Now is he calling me?? He also said He can take a payment over the phone! Who says that! O.. Yes Scammers DO!!

John Utah with Patrick and Associates, I have been getting alot of calls about I need to pay something now or there will be litigation. 1st time with this number, I do have alot of skeletons in my closet but I have found out that the last 2 were a scam. He only left a demanding message and a phone number the promptly hung up. Not to worried about this fcn idiot.
