They are a**es....they call and then hang up and don't answer when you call back or they do and don't say anything!

This number calls me everyday and when I answer they hang-up.  I call back and it rings then starts dialing.  So annoying!  Anyone know who this is?

Have not picked up on call.  Wanted to find out who they were.
