This number has called several times on my work and cell number.  Never leaving much of a message, just some numbers and a threat of some sort of prosecution.  I'm thinking it is a bogus collection agency.

I've been getting calls from some William Gilberg for over a month.  I told them to stop calling for this guy or the next call I call the Seattle Police Department.  Totally INSANE!!

I receive calls from this number once a week, with some kinds of mumbled threats (from a machine). Not sure who this is.
