We received the same phone call. Sounds like a Vacation Club Timeshare scam. They want us to bring two forms of Identification. We didn't "win" anything other than a 90 minute waste of time.

Received calls on cell phone. Person identified herself as Sara (Seattle/Burien area) from V I Passports. Spouse gave her our email address and this is the note she sent (notice the terrible spelling...ever heard of spellcheck?):
