Sorry it wasn't consumer services. I was off by one entry on Caller ID. Still a scammer from Washington.

Called my DNC registered landline on 05/12/2014 11:46 AM from Seattle, WA. Caller ID shows Consumer Services. No message was left.
This is a repeat scammer who goes by different names. We just ignore these callers.
They also use a CallerID4U Landline like Card Services.

Robo scammers. We ignore all callers we don't know especially those from the state of Washington.

It is my belief that they have a machine calling numbers to see if there is an answer.. After the first few times I answered and they said nothing, I shortly thereafter received a telemarketing call.
They're screening for people that are home.

they called me yesterday and I called them back using *69 to get their number. I asked the name of the business and they wouldn't tell me although they said they would provide a loan to my small business. I asked to be put on their DNC list and he said he would.  Today they called again (from 206-397-1198) although when I *69'd it again it said 206-397-1192. I responded to the #1 option on their menu and a guy answered and when I asked the name of the company he said "Globelend Capital." WHen I asked him to spell it out he hung up.  They do now have a DNC option #2 on their menu. Nevertheless THEY ARE PESTS and have called multiple times according to my messaging device.  I will be reporting then to the feds as soon as the feds website is back up and running after the shutdown (if ever!). Hopeless!!!  These pests are expecting us to not file federal complaints during the shutdown, obviously but I am keeping a record and will be filing a complaint soon. I am on the federal DNC list so they should NOT be calling me at all.

It came up  REFIN now...so I imagine it means       refinance now..I pick up the receiver and drop back down. I work in office..dont have time for these scumbags.

Caller ID says REFI NOW.
Just picked up the reciever and hung it up.  
Not wasting my time with telemarketers.

Called on 09/19/2013 02:37 PM from Seattle, WA. I had blocked this # 10 Days ago after the first 3 calls, but Optimum's blocking service is only about 80% effective. Some telemarketers are technologically superior.
Since no one posting here has any idea who the caller is I *67'ed the #. No company name is given. Only a recording that states you can opt out by pressing...... which is nothing more than a way for the scammer to confirm a working # that someone forgot to use *67 on before calling.

Called for 3 and final time on 09/10/2013 @ 03:16 PM from Seattle, WA. Again, no message left. Caller ID shows Seattle. Blocked!

Well, sometimes if a telemarketer source number is new, it helps even if just a few people post "they called and never left a message" rather than wait for someone with the time & courage to answer & report in detail.  It establishes a pattern that suggests a high probability of scam call.  I never answer a number I don't recognize, and always look it up here.  Any comments at all are helpful.  Everyone, please keep posting whatever you like.  Every little bit helps to fight the good fight.

Ok, at first or I should say the first 6 calls or so, I could except your diligence. However, after so many interuptions I am becoming very annoyed. You call my cell number like 3 times a day?! If a phone does not pick up after days or weeks of calling you should take this as a no, or no one home. Right Bro, stop.

Why do so many people post useless points on here? That doesn't help us learn about telemarketer numbers! When I'm researching numbers here, scrolling through 5 pages of comments that say little more than "They called and never left a message" is a pain in the @$$. Please only post when you have some real information.

I just got a call on my (Canadian) work line from this number. A recorded message was promoting life insurance, stating that they "work with many insurance providers in Canada". Since these bozos are in the US, they can't provide *#$%, and don't have to abide by Canadian DNCL. Business lines aren't covered by the DNCL either, so that's why many company switchboards are now getting such calls. :-(

Did not answer...usually search to find out who is calling - know if it is important they will leave a message...never do.

I didn't answer and they left no message.  I returned the call and received a recorded greeting giving me the option to opt out of future calls and to allow 72 hours for removal.  I'm guessing this covers them in the "rules" pertaining to such calls.

Called and hung up.

They call several times a day, we answer and they say nothing.  Very frustrating!

This # calls me about 3 times a day on my work phone. No thanks broski.

This phone number belongs to a public utility named CallerID4U, Inc., which is run by Paul Maduno and Luis Martinez.  They have entered into revenue sharing agreements with telemarketers who make illegal unsolicited telephone calls.  They profit directly from these outbound unsolicited telephone calls.

This appears to be a clear violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.
