This morning a guy called me on my cell phone, said he had a "certified check for me from American Money Corporation, and if I gave him my credit card number he would deposit the money into my account." Wow! How blatantly stupid can that be? I asked him where he was calling from and he said Pennsylvania. I said send me the info by email so that I could read what he was saying, because I couldn't understand his accent. He said he was calling from (206)436-4817. I haven't gotten anything from him on my email yet (he said he already has my email address). I looked up American Money Corporation on Google and got this web page. I suppose some people might fall for this crap. I hope somebody can do something about this obvious scam. I don't know what else I can do, myself.

I just received same call to get a reload card for 250, told her she was full of it an replrting it an to never contact my phone again.

i to got a call from that #telling me that i won a class E 2011 Mercedes and to send in 1200 dollarsthe guy i spoke to today name was John Hatcher its funny cuz it sounds so legit but i aint gunna take that chance to loose that much

a guy by the name of John Hatcher called and told me that i won a class E 2011 Benz and to get it i gotta to send them 1200 dollors i would love to know if it is true i would try but than losing 1200 is alot

I too recieved the call and the amount for me was $450. I figured it was a scam and I won something why would I need to put money on a card to send in? Be careful people!

I received a call from a Michelle Thomas that I had won $3.5 & a 2011 Mercedes. I was to call 206-436-4817 and claim my winnings. I spoke to William Barnavich with American Money Corp. verifying my winnings and I was to send them a rechargeable money card in the amount of $500. from Wal-Mart. When I asked how I won this money he said it was from shopping at Wal-Mart, K-Mart, Walgreens, CVS pharmacy, or ordering Reader's Digest. Who is really behind this number?
