I, and evidently several people have been getting unwanted telephone calls from a telephone number that you manage, 206-496-0917.  I, and others are on the 'do not call list', but that ruling is being ignored, so, I expect a return statementl from the president of your company explaining what charges will be brought against this company to stop harassing Americans that are on the 'do not call list'.  Complaints have been lodged with the federal government regarding this number, and I am sure that you are already being watched by them.

This outfit just called this morning, first time I believe.  Anyway, if I don't recognize the number,
I don't answer and give them the benefit of the doubt.  Plus I am unlisted but as one caller
mentioned, it don't matter.

I told the caller that I was on the Do not Call list. I asked her to be me on there Do not call list. I then said that I would report them if they called again. She responded Get a Job

Calls my house, I block my number and return the call.  It will not accept it.  Told to call back without blocking in place.  SCHEME TO RIP PEOPLE OFF OR SELL YOU NUMBER TO OTHER COMPANIES.  F*** THESE PEOPLE.  THEY SHOULD ALL BE DEAD OR SENT BACK TO PAKISTAN!!!!!!

they keep calling and I press 1,they hang up on me,and call back later...I try to keep them on the line as long as I can...Iam thinking of blowing a whistle in the phone the next time they call. maybe we all do that

WHY ARE WE GETTING THESE CALLS?  SOMEONE HAS TO BE ABLE TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEM.  WE ARE ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST , DOESN'T DO ANY GOOD.

As a longtime marketer of cosmetic products, I must apologize for my colleagues in the industry that would resort to cold calling on the telephone. Yes we are trained in telephone sales but we prefer the face-to-face sales meetings (LOL at my own joke...tehe). But seriously, I don't know why you would limit your attack to just we who sell rouge over the phone. I have known some pretty obnoxious people selling other cosmetics as well. So please next time think before you attack people just trying hard to put food on their families.

206-496-0917 is a credit marketing operation and they are BREAKING THE LAWS of the National Do Not Call Registry. In fact, their PROVIDE phone company - Pacific Telecom Communications Group - breaks the law and allows illegal telemarketing operations thrive there!

Don't even try talking to them - it will only make things worse and you'll get more calls.

For those of us who work nights this is constant harrassment and it breaks TONS of the FCC LAWS.

By answering the call you let them know there is a person behind that number and you're phone number is now being sold to hundreds of telemarkting companies; it doesn't matter if you ask them to remove your number, they just sell it to someone else that you haven't asked to remove your number.

The only thing you can do now is change your number to an unlisted one and even that does not always work.

The phone companies make a ton of money from these guys and the pols are paid off by the telemarketing industry.

More and more of these calls are coming from out of the country, what can the government do about that; nada.

It's funny, we can take over any country in the world with our military but cannot stop rouge telemarketers.

Didn't recognize number.  Didn't answer.

Buffalo, NY 6/26/12, 2:05pm.  Caller ID said "UNKNOWN NAME."  I did not answer; no message left.

I did not recognize and just used my call block to stop the "ringing".

I just pushed 1, after being told by a recording that my credit is being threatened.  When a lady came on the line, I asked her about the meaning of this call, she asked me if I wanted a new credit card.  When I said no, she hung up on me without  even saying goodbye, or even a one word explanation about how my credit was being threatened.

This company won't cease calling although I have asked to take our number off of their list several times.

Received many calls from this number usually I do not answer this time I listened and waited till someone came on. On Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at 5:45 PM CDT, Justin answered and would not let me get a word in and he hung up on me. I asked to be placed on the DO NOT CALL list. Calling back to the phone number gets you a recording were you press ?one? to be placed on list

I wonder if you could answer with the name of your Atty. General? Who are they going to report you to?! "Oh, I was trying to run this scam and, uh, they said they were from your office..." Boom.

You can "press 1" or whatever #, but it WILL NOT stop them from calling, from a dozen different #'s about as many caller ID's.  Today's was "Financial Center", others are "Card Services".  All you can really do is block their numbers.  DNC lists are a FAT joke and more than useless!

I keep receiving phone calls from this organization many times.....I told them many times over not to call and to put me on the "DO NOT CALL LIST" and they keep calling my home address to lower my interest rates on all of my credit cards to 6% and that it is the last call that I should return the call or to wait for one of their customer service providers.  I Don't Even Own any credit cards!!!!!! And to be harrassed every day is quite annoying.  I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST AS IT IS ANYWAY......SO STOP CALLING ME UNLESS YOU WANT TO SEE ME IN COURT!

After nearly 3 years, they are STILL calling me! Usually from different numbers. I continuously renew my numbers on the do not call registry, pay for an unlisted number (was listed previously), and reported them to the FTC. Got a call last night from "Financial Ctr" 206-496-0917, so I pressed 1 to speak to a service rep. Spoke to a woman with a Russian accent, when I asked her name, she said it was Alyssa - probably fake. I acted like I might be interested. She asked if I had credit cards and what the rates were. I said I only had a Visa at 12% (which is false, and I did not give her anything else). "Alyssa" placed me on hold and came back to tell me that she would be able to help me lower my credit card rate. I would still have the same card, but if I apply (give them my credit card number and personal information) with them "Card Services", they will get me lower payments. Obvious scam, which I already knew...just trying to get information from them - I asked where they were calling from before I give my information, and she just repeated Card Services. I asked where that was located, and she said Wilmington Delaware. Not true, their number is out of Seattle. I then told her I needed a minute to gather my information, so could I have her phone number in case I get disconnected. She said that another department handles the approvals, so it didn't make sense to call her back. Realizing I would not get any other information out of her, I said, "well, you should know that I have already reported your company to the FTC as I am on the do not call list and you repeatedly call me. Alyssa replied, "You know what you are, you're like a mouse with the f***ing cheese, why the F*** do you answer the phone." I told her that it is my home and I am on the do not call list. Then hung up. Will they call back...yes. However, because of the constant calls, which has now escalated to being cursed at, I went to my local police station and filed a harrasing phone call report. I HATE wasting police officers time on something like scamming telemarketers, but I've had it!

This is a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act passed by Congress in 1991. The call starts out as a recorded message stating that they sent me information in the mail and because I didn't take advantage of the opportunity to lower my credit card interest rates this would be my last chance.

I was transferred to a human and asked for the name of the company and he stated that the company name is Card Services  - right, like anyone would believe this. When I asked for an address (which he is required to provide by law) he simply said he already covered that and although I repeated the question multiple times, he still wouldn't provide it.

I do not answer calls unless I know who it is.  If they can't leave a message, it is their tough luck.  This person seems to be calling again and again.  I am on the "do not call" list, too.
