Now mr spencer, dominick says he is calling from the irs... really, just a week ago he was from fcd... hum, make you say SCAM.  

I received a call from dominic spencer today.2/20/2013.he calls hisself a federal officer and then a restitution clerk.he is going to arrest me and my fiance for internet fraud.ooohhh!!!!!!we arereally shaking.go home to india because that accent is a true figure of a speech impairment from overseas somewhere.we are not scared.we both are 20 year military veterans,come get some.

I have received phone calls from an Unknown number telling me to return a call to this number.  They are stating that they are a debt collector and using scare tactics to try to collect a debt.

Yes mrs. shirley i do agree with you....he helped me so many times. I think this people are only fraud and scams . They are just taking the loan and runing away with the money

NO mr, TT they are just doing there job thats it. Mr, dominic helped me so much. so i think u got some mis understanding. so be carefull on complaning to others. otherwise it may create a big issue for you.

I got a call from this number yesterday saying I have legal matters to take care of his name is officer dominic spencer. I called and talked to him and he said i was being sued and had to goto court tomarrow which is today if i didnt pay 1092$. I was scared because I'''ve taken out online loans and a bill collector has called me and they were legit but he was pretty funny. he said I had to pay the money by western union not by giving him my debit card number which all bill collectors had me do. I asked where was he calling from and he didnt tell me everyone else has, and I tried to call his number back and he wont answer. I'm not going to pay cause its a fraud so if u get this guy calling you dont pay attention its a scam

Called and requested that I get in touch with him as soon as possible. It is about a legal matter and that if I did not, I would pay the price for not get back to him. It was that he was from the state government and that I needed to call him because  because Ii was in trouble, that he wanted to resolve it ! Claims to be a police officer named Martin Brooks. Explaining my name is being used in illegal means and to return the call at once.

I received a call from Unknown number.  Caller left a voicemail -- his name is Martin Brooks and he left 206 548 4539 as his "hardline number".  Msg. said I need to call him as soon as possible unless I want to get involved in some legal matter.  I am sure this is a scam; I've already received several calls like this from other people.  They all have a thick Indian accent.
