Hello I don't have a BOA account so don't believe its BOA.

Scam phone call from someone who says they are Bank of America using this number 1-206-832-1394 and asking for message codes aka pin numbers.  This is fraud and the phone call are of a stalking nature.

I got a call from this number.  The phone says BOA BOA Seattle Washington.  I have blocked the number using my app. and I have called Bank of America and I have called the state attorney general.

I am getting these calls. How can you say it's really BOFA? I don't have any checking accounts with them, therefore the account cannot be overdrawn.

If you call the number back it will give you a number to call 866-901-9856 and you can speak to a Bank of America representative.  I told her I am not Eco Friendly Janitorial and they have called me hundreds of times and I want the calls to STOP NOW!  She ask for my phone number and said she would remove my phone number from that account!  She said it will take about 24 hours.  Hopefully this stops all the calls I get every day.  You all may want to give them a call, it was easy and painless!  866-901-9856

been getting calls from this number for 2 days now.just started coming in april 15th,2013.they call and it immediately hangs up.when i try to call back i get a busy signal.sounds like an obvious scam to me.not the first number this has happened with and i am not a BOA account holder.also the one person in my household who has a BOA account does not use this number for his accounts.he has his own cell for business.

I have a new number and am receiving phone calls from 206-832-1394 with no message being left.  This is an infringement on my privacy - and time.  MOST annoying

sounds like BOA to me and I did recently have an account overdrawn and forgot about it as I have 4 accounts with them.

I have a overdrawn acc. they call today to remind me that they are screwing me and want the relationship to conitnue...

They did not have the correct account numbers. We have 2 with BOA & the number they gave me was none of them but

IT WAS however the last 4 digits of my husband SS# scary huh!!!?

Maybe YOU missed a payment or something but I have been receiving these calls and I do NOT even have an acct with them!!!

Got a call from Seattle,WA.Last time left a message that it is from BoA & i twas to call anothe number & give a number.i was oeverdrawn but i am square with them now.several calls a day.Very annoying.I will be changing banks soon.Bank charges & charges.Tired of it.

Received a call from this number twice today. We do not answer unless we know whos calling.

These calls are incessant to my fax machine and caller ID simply says Seattle WA and the recording says Bank of America and explains to check messages choose an option but does not allow anything else.

They call here several times a day.

Everyone has to give their opinion like this number is from scammers, telemarketers, anything negative.It's a legit number from Bank of America--probably a payment was missed (be honest) I missed one and they called. They were polite- and yes--I did miss a payment! The www.donotcall.gov never worked for me. If you are not sure about a number, don't say anything at all. The truth is harder to find out then! Sometimes they are auto-dials and delayed, but legit.They just want you to pay your monthly bill as you re suppose to --not randomly selecting people to harass.

I get several calls from (206) 832-1394 to my Google Voice number each week.
This is very annoying, wish I could get this to stop.

Yes this is BoA. I have overdrawn my business account, so they called me for about a week straight before I squared it with them. My suggestions, take your money, far, far, FAR away from these crooks!

Not sure why you think so.  I actually called the Bank of America 800 number and this number is, in no way, associated with Bank of America.  Knowing that, I contacted the law enforcement agencies I could as well as Bank of America to let them know what was going on.  It's not legit.  The account number they claimed was overdrawn was one we never had, so we don't know where they came from.
They are NOT LEGIT.  Bank of America doesn't know who they are.

This is legit. It's B of A calling about an overdrawn account. Yes, I'm an American. No I'm not lying. Didn't ask for any information at all. Just a recording saying my account was overdrawn

This is the second number that has recently been calling my house from supposedly B of A. I never answered the other one, so I guess they are trying a different tack. I don't have a checking account with them. I do have a credit card, but that is always paid up to date. So as far as I see it, I've got nothing to talk to them about. If there really is a problem with your account--like someone did make some bogus charges on my credit card--B of A will email you right away. Never phone.

Annoying automated pain to get me off their call list.
My Nephew stayed with us for a while and apparently tried to settle an an unpaid debt.
He has since left and hasn't left a phone number or forwarding address.
Now they just call 2 or 3 times a day and don't even leave a message.
After running to the phone to find out it is them again.
I've reached the point of letting my answering machine pick up and have stopped running to answer the phone. Harasment is an understatement.
