i heard its a scam...but i do paid 270$ and i get 7270$ into my account after 2 days thank god...

Free $7000 grant from the Federal Government. When he asked where the money could be deposited, I stated in my Lawyers account, the call got quiet and he said, just call the number I gave you, thank you (in an Middle Eastern accent).

just received a call saying I was chosen to receive grant for 7000  and to call 2069059201.... advised caller this sounds like fraud and was reporting they hung up ..caller id shows 9911784784

i received a call saying the same thing that i had been awarded 7000 for demographics, no criminal record, or bankruptcies.  I asked was it legit he said look us up online at www.grants.com.  He said he was from the human health dept and that i just needed the code IL 105 and call 206-905-9201 to verify it was me to get the money gram.  Glad i looked the number up to find these comments.

Pls, becarefull, there are some eidots trying to cheat from 1-991-178-4784 and she is a lady with asian accent. Her name (could be fake) Syndy. She call and try to take some information then she told me there is free money waiting for me and I need to call the same number 206-905-9201 to release my free federal money.
When I check the number, It is from seattle, wa 98101 , it is Landline, I didn;t get much information. If I want I could but, I don't want to spend a dime to search. Just headsup there are people out there who try to cheat and get money from you.

According to her calling company (fake)  is "Treasury Department".

It sound's same accent few days ago call and try to act like debt collector. When I understood her way of trying to manipulate me, I was so feuriouse on her. She tried to get about my credit, age and other things but, she could not  get any information from me and she hungup the phone. Beaware !

i received a call from this number 206-905-9201 saying that i have free government money and in order to release it ,i first have to make a deposit of $265.I knew right away it was a scam cause any government transactions required various of paper work and or forms to complete.so i immediately google search the number listed above and found this reporting as fraud!!

Just got a call from these people....if you are giving me 7000.00....and you have been hounding me all this time...why do I need to call back.  And why would the government "WESTERN UNION".... And I know you are subject to funds being held if over 1000.00 if it is wired......SCAM SCAM SCAM

I Got the same call and they asked me to pay 280 dollars. I am so glad to know that I am not the only one who thinks it's a scam. They would talk to me and they had accents and I could not understand what they would say but they insisted on making me call.

I am a single mother of three kids and I just received a call from 206-905-9201. I thinks it's a FRAUD...  Everybody please beware of these phone calls. Why would the Government choose me and send me 7000. No thank you. Why would  I have to send 265.00 first to receive the money.

I have been getting phone calls from 991-178-4784 for 10 days almost the same time every day and usually twice a day. I have a private unlisted number and I am on every no call list I am aware of.

OMG I am so glad I found these posts here. I received a call from the same no. and similar story about getting $7000 via western union, direct deposit, or credit card. I felt it was fishy and asked her for her name and she said "Sarah White." And she insisted that i call on 2069059201 to verify my details before the government could release the funds. I told her I would happily accept check, for which she said that 1500 people had been selected for this and issuing that many checks was not possible! LOL! I looked up the number and found this page :) I am glad I did not share any personal information with her.

I've also received the same call. And same exact story. Pay 270 USD and they $7000.00 and the refundable 270 back with the 7000.00 I'll be speaking with the federal reserve bank and they will release the money to me and I'll be on the phone the whole time so that they know that I receive the money. The also mentioned that I'm not the only once receiving it there are a whole bunch of other people that will also receive it.

I have been ignoring this call from 991-178-4784, after they have called and called I decided to answer it , they told me that I was to receive a grant in amount of 7000.00 from the federal government and I should call  206-905-9201 back. When I called that number she told me that I could receive the money via direct deposit to my bank account , credit card, or cash thru western union. I told her western union, then she said when I got to the western union store to call her make a deposit of 270.00 that was completely refundable and I would receive the 7000.00 grant plus my 270.00 back and she would stay on the phone with me until the whole transaction was complete and I had my money in my hands. I asked her what guaranteed me that I would get any money once I made the 270.00 deposit? She said I work for the federal government and this was her job and she didn't want to loose her job. LOL
I am glad that I thought and looked up the numbers on google and saw this to be fraud!! Beware people!!

Call cames in from 991 178 4784 they say its a goverment grant of 7000 USD non taxable - no need to pay back.
Asks you to call 206 905 9201 and provide a your approval number so grant can be release. Then they say they can give funds via direct deposit to bank account, a credit card or for immediate cash western union.
I mentioned that it all seemed very suspicious - asked for a supervisor and was disconected.
I have called 911 and will be filing a report for fraude investigation.

This is the third call from 9911784784 different person each time claiming to be from the federal government in Washington, DC, telling me there is a federal grant of $7000.00 to collect by calling 206-905-9201.

Hey be careful I have the same call and I was asked the exact same thing !!  
They told me I have a government fund for $7000 and they ask me to pay $265 fee and the $7000 is going to be released to me via western union it is a fraud !!!! Don't send anything.

Lines busy apparently i won 7000$ scholarship money and need to confirm if but no answer.. Also asked me to send in 265$ before being able to receive the funds
