Called, no message

Received both illegal robo-calls and numerous follow up calls all in the guise of selling home security for ADT. I have requested, each of the four times I spoke with a real human, to be removed from their list. One ditz told me it could take up to 72 days to remove my number. They have called me 7 times in twelve hours. Why is there no legal recourse for this s**t? Any number with this many complaints should have its service cut off. If I get one more call from these a-holes, I'm driving to Irvine, CA to offer them a free boot where the sun don't shine!

Calling my cell phone every day for the last week. No answer upon pick-up. Call back gives you an automated option to opt out of future calls. They still call anyway.

I have not received that many from this number, but every time that I answer, no one answers the phone ... they call after 12pm EST ...

You probably don't want to push 1 because now they know that is a real number they can add to their list. I received a call today from the same number and as soon as I said hello it hung up on me. Probably a bot calling a string of numbers to see which ones have a response.

They call me almost every other day. They never leave a message and when I try to call back the number directs me to a pre-recorded message asking me to press 1 to be put on the do not call list......They tell you to give them 24 hrs to take you off the list. I have pressed #1 four days in a row and I keep getting calls. I googled the number and found this page. I am unsure of the company name.

Complete fraud. Claim they are selling ADT security system. Caller ID says Solutions Center. Same Caller ID but different number made an illegal Robo Call. Said they were The Home Secuity Company. Gave a number to call back, 949-486-7598 that doesn't answer and has 8 pages of complaints for car warranty calls.

Called my cell phone. Ernie said he represents Home Security Networks & they are contracted through ADT. Also said their based out of Irvine, CA. However, 207 is a Maine area code. When I asked Ernie if there was a supervisor I could speak to he told me he was the supervisor & that this wasn't a "cold call" but a call back that I had called in the past showing interest in home security. I rent an apartment in a secured building!

Caller ID says this is "Solutions Center" and the person on the phone says they're in Irvine California. However, the 207 area code is in Maine.

I did not recognize the number, but I did answer the phone and they hung up after I said hello.

no message left.  i will try to answer next time to find out a company name.
