I blocked the number.   People from different numbers keep calling me as well.   I blocked a lot of numbers on my phone.  I hate them.   How do they get my number in the first place.  I don't give out my landline number to no one.  

I just got a call from that number, but I didn't answer it.  So, I blocked it.  

They just called again at 12:01. This is getting old....FAST!!!!

What difference does that make. You don't have to know any Rachel to get a call from "her" and/or her new friends for them to harass you. Thinking like that just proves deliberate stupidity. What a moron.

Got three calls from this number this morning on my land line. 11:42am, 11:43am, 11:44am CST. I do not have an answering machine on this line. I didn't answer any of the calls. They let it ring long beyond "standard" five rings before finally giving it a rest.

The actual "weird" thing is that you would call back a suspicious number, that didn't leave a message! The very best that would accomplish is incurring long distance charges, the worst is getting scammed, or having your number added to other scammers calling lists! Another doopa.

Just called, Did not answer, called back..4 times, same thing  "my call would not go thru" ??

Got a harassing call from 207-524-1446 on Dec 12, 20143 at 12:15pm.  I live in NYC.
They are scammers calling in an attempt to lower your interest rate.  
Recommend hanging up immediately, blocking call, and reporting.
UGHHHH!!!!

It is a friend of Rachel's, didn't catch who.  It was a recorded message of a recorded message as there was a lot of background noise.  I could press 6 to discontinue calls, but we know that doesn't happen.  I just let their phone hang up.

No because I am in GA and don't know any Rachael.  they call about 3 times a week, can't wait to answer and find out who it is!

This is the latest "ring but don't leave a message" number.  A few calls in the last week.  Suspect it's Rachel or one of her friends, but would like to know for certain.  

These idiots keep calling and calling. I saved this number under the name: "DO NOT ANSWER" - That reminds me not to answer these idiots.

I sent the call to my fax machine to give their dialer something to consider before trying to call me again.  If nothing else, it makes me feel like I'm doing something!

Got a call from 207-524-1446 this AM.   (Unavailable - from Leeds, Maine)  Of course I DO NOT ANSWER these calls.   I offer you the same advice, DO NOT answers these calls.  All it says if "Unavailable."  Red flag!   I usually turn OFF my answering machine too.   IF they DO get through to you (either by voice or machine) then that tells them that they have reached a viable, working number and THEY WILL CALL YOU BACK, plus they also put your number on a list and SELL IT to other scammers to use.   Usually they will try several times, but then leave you alone.  SO,... if you can endure a few calls it might be worth it.  Trying to tell them to "take you off their list" does NOT work either.  Neither does the "DO NOT CALL" list.   It's run by the Federal government, (nothing they do works - not even our congressmen) so take a clue from that and look out for yourself.   If all else fails, try contacting your local phone service provider, most have a "Call Blocking" service - USE IT, I do.
