So, lets see which Florida non-compliant telemarketers are hiring the usually abusive, harassing, threatening, but most likely really stupid;
?L.I. (Lower Interest) Fronters?, AKA- live operator, or card service representative.
?L.I. qualifiers and closers? ?L.I. Rooms, L.I. Reps?. (Search in your area, they're hiding everywhere)
And they tend to disappear fast, so save screen shots now.
http://orlando.craigslist.org/csr/4128386473.html
Notice the way they try to hide FACTS regarding potential ignoramuses, aka ?employees?. Hired to aid and abet a credit card laundering operation, violating TCPA, TSR and the RICO Act-
Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act U.S.C. Title 18, Chapter 96 § 1962:

Although its expired, notice the phrase ?interest rate reduction program?.
We have a recorded ?rep? posted on youtube saying that exact phrase!

Message said it was "Scott from Account Services".....oh joy. Usually it's Rachal. I guess it was my lucky day. Told the gal that finally came on the line that I knew this was a scam. She said it wasn't but I've only gotten 50 thousand phone calls from these people. If you want to have fun, give them a hard time. Otherwise, don't answer.
irritated!!! 2013-10-21 15:42:59 Telemarketer
It is a scam...They want to lower your interest on your credit cards. When you ask which company they work for they hang up on you. When you ask them to remove you from the calling list they hang up on you. It's very irritating...got half a mind to make up some numbers like a fake credit card and keep them on the phone for 20 minutes or so just to waste their time!!!!
tino 2013-10-21 15:13:12 Telemarketer
calling for credit card i do not know about. scam
You'd think the NSA could stop this?? 2013-10-19 19:21:03 Unknown
Credit card scammers again.
Marty 2013-10-11 21:19:12 Unknown
I think if you hit "ignore" and DON'T answer the call they eventually cut back or stop calling. I used to mess with them and waste their time but kept getting calls every day. I opted to ignore the call by hitting my "ignore feature" and the calls have cut back dramatically.
FWIW reporting this to anybody does absolutely no good. I did get a good response from out State Attny. General who goes after these people but it's pretty clear they are in Canada or someplace outside the continental US.
Just don't answer the calls.
Jj 2013-10-11 19:48:08 Unknown
Cumdumsters need to eat bag o dicks n die!

Let's get all the non-essential government employees that are not working due to the wonderful politics in DC and make them essential and let them work on shutting these bozos down. I would guess that there would be about a dozen employees for each scammer.

Solicitor - SPAM caller. Do not answer.

Called but didn't leave a message. Blocking number with free app Mr. Number.
FedUp 2013-10-10 00:35:13 Unknown
More scum bag Credit Card folks. I feel sorry for older folks who might fall for this crap. I never answer a number I don't know. I google the number and this form usually shows up. I save the number into my phone contacts under "Sales Call Do Not Answer" I than give it a silent phone ring. Next time they call I don't even hear the phone.
Annoyed 2013-10-07 21:14:32 Telemarketer
Same CC Scammers yet again on a new number. They are from New Jersey. (or so they say).
They dialed my Verizon Cell #. I do my best to occupy their time and annoy the crap out of them.
TOTAL SCAM !
NSA has the capability - they just choose not to be part of the solution. Oh yea, they are on a Govt. shutdown.
James T 2013-10-07 20:39:10 Unknown
They don't find #'s to call. They have computers that constantly, randomly dial #'s, which is partly why, if you answer, the first thing you hear is silence. If you answer in a way the computer recognizes as a person, the call is sent to unprocessed fertilizer which is what you get to deal with if you stay on the phone.
Once a phone # has been verified, that # is continuously passed through the &@%)v#q1 network, to be *%@^(%+? repeatedly from fraudulent phone #'s. I don't know if ignoring the "@_<^$% will eventually get your # off the (@+_!% lists or not. I do know the more time you take, the less time they have to victimize someone else, someone that may not be capable of defending themselves.
So you have a few choices; you can ignore them they way you ignore those that ring your doorbell and run like the (()+$!# they are; you can politely, and uselessly, ask them to stop harassing you; you can respond to their @&!@!# with anything that makes you feel warm and fuzzy when you are done with them.
They chose you as the victim. Now you get to choose their punishment.

I've posted this before:
Why doesn't the NSA go after these crooks?
Then have the military target them with drones.
My guess is these scamsters have moved overseas.
But that shouldn't stop the NSA or drone attacks.
Right?

I'm with Verizon, they won't do anything either. Don't pay to block, they have used well over 100 different number with me. I can no longer answer my phone unless it comes with a name from my contact list. If someone calls and I don't know the number, then they have to leave a msg if they want to talk to me. I get these calls every single day - 5 to 10 times a day, as early as 6 in the morning and as late as 11 at night. It's come to the point that I leave my phone on vibrate so I don't have to hear it ring. I've even gotten these calls as many as 5 times in a row, all listing different numbers.
Isa-Bella 2013-10-07 18:19:34 Telemarketer
I hate this calls. How they find numbers to call? my area is 562.
Fred 2013-10-07 17:11:06 Unknown
Got a call from this number also, did not answer, I never do. If they really want to speak to me they will leave a message. Sorry to hear you only have 51 numbers, I have 217 listed as scammers in my phone and this one will make 218.
mary 2013-09-29 04:34:48 Telemarketer
credit card skimming they are trying to get information by pretending they are calling to reduce your rate. When ever you ask questions about which account or what address they just hang up.
ja 2013-09-28 01:26:31 Unknown
I don't even bother to answer anymore. If they need to talk to me, they'll leave a msg.
Exterminator 2013-09-27 20:48:21 Telemarketer
Another scammer requesting suicide. From every victim, they beg to be snuffed. Each repeated attack moves them higher on the elimination list and adds to the justice they will endure before being allowed to expire. Like all creatures that exist but provide no benefit, their only value is in becoming worm food, thus enriching the Earth through their demise.
The offenders choose this result through their own actions, and they alone can alter the outcome, can alter their ending. Every day they choose to cause harm is another day they will answer for, though some may repent and offer atonement for their transgressions.
Peggy 2013-09-27 17:19:16 Unknown
This makes my 51st blocked number despite effort. Now I refuse to answer calls, and then check them here -then block them, this is 51 blocked on my cell phone

Credit card scam. When I questioned if he represented my bank or credit card company he started calling me a moth******er. Great salesmanship dude.
h20skier 2013-09-27 01:02:31 Unknown
You only have 7 numbers. I have over 50 numbers and the list continues to grow.
Mr. Herb 2013-09-27 00:30:11 Unknown
That has become my policy, too. It's really sad to spend as much on smart phones and cell service and you can't answer three fourths of the calls. It really sucks! But you're right.....real people leave messages.

How many unwanted phone calls does it take to be harassment?
Numerous calls from: 207-846-8047 918-866-7810 540-357-5874 406-691-7785 202-206-8474
925-420-1415 540-625-8740
I am on a do not call list, yet I still get unwanted calls.
This is very distressing. I pay for my private phone, yet AT &T tells me they can do nothing unless "I" pay an extra charge to block the calls. PLEASE PLEASE HELP get rid of these people that invade our privacy and lives.
