well, I stayed on the phone and my call was from Scott Yancey - "Flippin Vegas" ... they had an event here in town and I was suppose to attend but didn't end up going ... I'm sure it's a LARGE call center .. I tried to call back because after they announced who they were, they hung up ... their call volume was large ...

They called me twice at my home in Ontario. Both times asking for my husband by first name only and they would not leave a message. I called back but could not get through due to high call volume.
