Just a note for anyone who gets a call from this number. I went to my bank and they gave me a CUSTOMER SERVICE phone number for this place. It is 888-854-4706. They open at 8:30 am EST and I was told to call back tomorrow morning to cancel my account because it was still in the sales side. They want to charge like $69 for some magazines.

Yes they just hit my banck account through my debit card for 4 charges totaling $127. I have no idea how they got my information and I have never authorized these deductions. I thought this may have been through the mail starting with a legitimate business I have dealt with.

I called the customer service number someone else mentioned and they wanted me to give them my credit card number so they could pull up my "account" that I supposedly created in the past few days when someone called me and I supposedly ordered a magazine subscription. The woman I spoke to was very rude and couldn't tell me which company even charged my card because she said it could have been one of many. Is this legitimate? Should I give her my information?

My account was also hit for $69 from this magazine company and also $30! I never authorized them to take money out from my account, if I call this number will I be able to cancel this subscription I "authorized"?

I tried the pressing of 0 to no avail.
What worked was to let the automated system go ALL the way through to the end of the process without responding to anything at all.
Then you will be connected to a live person.
Actually a very pleasant person that took care of my issue right away and did not pressure me to buy any more mags.

Call the number and keep pressing "0". I got through to someone right away, her name was Debbie T. This is not a real charge. I got something in the mail last week that said they would renew my magazine subscriptions if no action was taken at the full price. Luckily, I read that fine print and cancelled immediately. TWX said that the $2.01 charge is not an actual charge, but an authorization type of charge to make sure that the credit card/bank account is still active. The $2.01 charge should not even show up on your statement, nor should it actually post.

Just like what Judy mentions, I also don't remember getting a call from this number, and I was looking online and noticed that $2.01 was taken out of my debit card from TWX magazines. I tried calling the number but it continues to state that the call can't be completed.

Don't know if I ever got a call from these people as my phone switches to a different voice message on all unlisted phone calls or 800 phone calls and I just delete them without looking. BUT this morning I was doing some on line banking and $2.01 was taking from my checking account and it says TWX magazines and gives this phone number.
