YES IT IS AGAINST THE LAW TO MAKE COLD CALLS TO CELL PHONES.

Got call yesterday from 208-524-3559.  I hung up after hearing a recording.

I have received two calls from this number and several others as well concerning auto warranties in the past two weeks.  I called my provider to protest, since I wound up having to pay for the recorded messages left.  The provider, T-Mobile, stated that I would have to pay for them and how "sorry" they were.  The rep. also said that T-Mobile would never sell the names to a company.  I find this fishy, since I am not a big user of my cellphone for much beyond talking to friends and family.   I did provide it to a charge card company from which I arranged plane tickets online.  Because of some problems, I wound up talking to someone in India, who called me back on my cellphone to confirm some information. Besides T-Mobile, this is, to the best of my knowledge, the only outside person to have my number.  I already hate outsourcing, because of the poor service and obvious cultural differences in dealing with women customers.   Maybe this new sudden rash of sales calls is yet another money-making scheme on the part of our new, cheap computer "whizzes" from India. We can thank the American corporate giants for another invasion of our privacy.  If someone wants to put a class action suit together once we get to the bottom of this, I would be happy to participate.

I'm also in Ohio, got a call from the number this morning around 9:15EST.  I was at work so I didn't pick up.  Funny that so many people Google their missed call :D

Calling about a car warranty. Which is funny, since I don't even own a car. Have called twice today.

This is sad. I googled the phone number and then googled the Luciano name that comes up. Apparently this person's wife just died like two weeks ago. I bet that the phone number was in the paper somewhere and now the telemarketing scammers are using it as a fake.

Got a call 45 mins ago from  208-524-3559 didn't pick up and got no voice mail.  I also got a call yesterday from 1234567891, I didn't pick up and didn't get a voice mail.

I checked the Luciano M Ramirez     (208) 524-3559     4285 N Yellowstone Hwy,  Idaho Falls, ID 83401 on the satelite map and it looks like it is an empty field.

Numerious misswd calls from 1-208-342-8327, 1-208-524-3559 and 1-208-463-9543.

Got a call on my cell from this number 208-524-3559.  No message left.  Called the number back and got the three tone, followed by a message saying the number was disconnected and no longer in service.

I got a call from this number today. they left no msg.

I got a call from that number too, while i was on class. I didnt pick up and no voice mail was left. Then I came to google and searched about the number and learned that you got a call from that number too....

Didn't answer, but have gotten three unknown calls today

If its true, someone should pay Mr. Ramirez a visit!

If not, sucks to be Luciano, as he is going to have alot of pissed off people at him for someone using his number as a fake callback number.

I got a call from these guys and didn't pick up. Strangely, I also got the 1234567891 call today and also didn't pick up. I'm also from Ohio. I don't know how I got on this call list but if anyone knows of a way to completely block this s*** I'd love to know.

got a call from this number today 1234567891, I picked it up because I hate not knowing who is calling me,apparently curiosity does kill the cat because it was the same as everyone here. they called my cell phone. I do not have any credit cards nor do I have a car w a warranty no do I know anything about any of the organizations that people mentioned so not sure why im getting it. I also got a call from 208-524-3559 and they said my car warranty was expiring and to press 1 to renew and 2 to take my number off the list, i hit 2, hope it doesn't come back to bite me in the butt. im really worried. i never give out this number. only thing I have done recently was to sign up for a music tone club called mobile 17 but they are insisting that they are really against scamming or selling and don't share info w partners etc so i don't think it was them.  im in Ohio

Just got this call, these scammers have ways of making it look like they are calling from one number when actually they are in Pakistan funding some terrorist organization.  Don't press 1, don't press 2, if anything put your number on the national do not call list.
