Received a call from "Cardmember Services" with offer to lower interest rate. Option to press 1 to speak to someone or 3 to remove from list. When I asked the name of the company, where it was located and a call back number, the guy hung up. Sounded like someone from the south, not from Idaho. I reported it to my state's attorney general. Will probably fill out the FCC form as well. Of course I'm on the do not call list. Hope someone catches these scum bags.
