Received a call on my cell phone, called back less than 5 minutes later and the number was disconnected. How weird?

I received a call from this number.  Sounded Spanish and was a recording.  I tried calling back and it said it was not in service.  Don't know how they got my number but I wish they'd stop.

I too received this on my work-provided cell phone.

Unknow caller; no message left.  Did not try calling back.

number does not work - Boise is area code

Sound quality was poor. Speaker's voice was male. I think the content was Spanish (which I do not speak), but the sound quality was poor and the delivery was fast. I could not interrupt the speaker, so I think it was a recorded message. Call type is unknown because it was fast and unintelligible, but I assume it was commercial.

Called the number back -- "not in service". (It must have been in service to call me....)

Received call on my work-provided cell phone. I routinely receive automated error-message pages (I'm a sysadmin) and occasional support calls, and I rarely make any calls from this phone.
