Call on 3:51pm on Monday, 1/4/10, no message left

This number has called me various times any time of the day. I have asked to stop calling he says " it's my job". I said i will have to do something about it. He said "you can't do anything about it". and laughed

DO NOT ANSWER IF THIS NUMBER CALLS.  I have contacted my local law enforcement and they have tried to reach whom ever is calling.  This guy is a freak.  He calls and hangs up. When I finally reached anyone he said he was with IT systems... they do not exist.  I also am turning this info over to the State Attorney General.

It's Target. You may be late on your Target Card bill.

It is Target. You may be late on your credit bill. This number calls my cell phone dozens of times a day. They used to leave messages, that's how I know. The crazy part is, I've never had a Target card. The messages were for someone else, not me.

received five calls from them today (never picked up).  called me four times yesterday, two times on monday, and first time on saturday.

PLEASE STOP

They just called me for the first time this morning. A number I didnt recognize, so I didnt pick up the call. I called back and asked who they were. The woman said they are IC Systems and said they would need the phone number that they call me at. I hung up and searched who IC Systems is and they are a collection agency.

They repeatedly call me day and night, for a name that I do not recognize. They refuse to give an address, so that I can make them stop calling. They call three times daily, from as early as 7:30 in the morning to 9:00 at night. Sometimes when I pick the phone up they don't say anything at all it is just dead air. It is very very very IRRITATING!!!
