Calling and just hanging up when call gets answered

This time, I answered but said nothing.  In a few seconds a female voice asked for Michelle.  I stayed silent.  She said something like "What do they think they're doing?"  and hung up.  Interesting.

every day, multiple times per day for a couple of weeks now.  dead air, then disconnects.

i get calls everyday from this number and i am GETTING VERY ANNOYED!!!!

Me too. It's driving me crazy and I can't block it.

I have asked repeatedly for them to stop calling but they keep calling even after using their automated system to be taken off their calling list.

This number is still active conducting the same type of no response calls.

Have no idea who this number belongs to.

Called 3 times yesterday and 3 times today. Still no message and I'm getting annoyed

I keep getting calls from this number 209-221-4051 and they've been calling me every single day twice a day. It's getting really annoying because they don't even leave a message. Then I call and it says to enter my number so I can be put on their do not call list. WTH?

Not sure who this is but they constantly call and if I don't answer, I get a call immediately after from 209-676-3033 which too does not leave a message.

2 calls in 2 days & no message left. I called back & get a message to press 2 to be added to their "do not call list" but want me to enter my phone number. I don't trust it, so I have not entered my number.

I got this number called me yesterday and today, they don't say anything, who is it?  Google?
