Its illegal to ask for money up front for a loan period..  and anytime they ask its the first red flag. A green dot card or similar type card and western Union is another red flag..

No don't change the number. The new number is very likely someones old number and has its own set of problem calls. You can buy a call blocking device or phone these day's.. The T-lock Incoming PRO Call Blocker sells for under 60 bucks on Amazon and can block up to 1500 numbers.

Its a scam alright, and you don't pay money up front for a loan, that's illegal period!

I did go to the CA FBI site to file a complaint but they want $25 to submit a complaint, so not sure what to do regarding them I did get the number to one of them in CA.

Hi so have you tried getting your monies back from this place? I tried to submit a complaint to the FBI in CA but they wanted $25 to submit the complaint and of course all my monies went to the a**holes.  Did they tell you that the IRS is holding on to the loan until you come up with more money? Because this is what they are telling me know after actually sending them $512.  I can't believe that i was totally scammed.

But I am going to see where to go and how to recover my monies.  If by chance you find something out as to where or who to go to please let me know I guess on this site.  I will check back over the weekend to see if you have any results and I will do the same if I can get anywhere with someone.

Well I have sent them over $500 dollars in a week and know they are saying to me that I have to pay another $139 because the IRS is holding the monies until that is paid. How is this to stop?

This is a scam I gave them # and they ran with it don't give them your # ever!!

They have called me 50 times today it started after I applied for a cash advance from another website. This is a scam I don't know how to stop the calls I put my number on the do not call list but they don't care. It's not just them here's a list of numbers that are doing this to.(972)-123-4771,(818)-7453175,(954)-354-6418,(718)-555-5444,(206)-792-9855. Hope this helps these people are scammers don't apply for a cash advance or they will find you.

I just answered and asked them to please stop calling me. I then got the response "if you say 'I love you', I will take your name off the list". I then proceeded to tell him that he was unprofessional and disturbing. He hung up on me.

If you have sprint get the blacklist plus application it is free and blocks calls.

This number hs called me frequently to try to get me to do this loan. I'm glad i did a search for this number online first. Almost got me. Told them I'd call back tomorrow and they have called me 4 times in that hour after.

I have received 13 calls today from this number and called them back on 2 separate occasions and told them to CEASE AND DESIST, to no avail they have called back again.

My hubby & I are in the same exact boat. We lost almost $600, then they had the nerve to tell us that they needed another $425 in order to release the loan to us. I flipped on the guy & told him, "If we had $1000, do you really think we'd be asking you for a loan!".

They have called me roughly thirty times in the past 2 days. Its obviously a scam. They wanted to know my name and I told them to p****off. That got the guy mad. He was a foreigner who said he was going to cut my head off. I had to subscribe to a feature from AT&T that let's me block them. iPhone seems scammy now that I think about it.

Yes, change your number. I sent them money for a loan. When they got the money, they try to say your social security number is attached to non payment if taxes or anything just to keep your money.
