Anybody knows how to report about these people to law enforcing agencies.

Here's the thing. Microsoft security essentials is free. In Windows 8 MSE & Windows Defender are on by default. Kaspersky is about $20. a year, & there are other choices, this is just an example. You are turning over control & all the information that is on it to a "company". Finding a computer care company on the internet, from an email, or text message is like finding your new doctor in a bar. Visiting risky sites & downloading dodgy software will give you the expected results, but as for computer care? Myself, I would not hire a 3rd party.

Andrew William - Calling from : California - Employee ID : ms0960

offers to clean computer and update services

2 year $149.00

life time $180

209 418 7535

**********************

I would for an ISP in Canada .. A customer gave me this phone number told me that they called her and told her, that her computer would die because of the viruses on it

I called them and got some info .. that's what's above

below is info from the Microsoft web site

http://www.microsoft.com/security/online-privacy/avoid-phone-scams.aspx

Will Microsoft ever call me?

There are some cases where Microsoft will work with your Internet service provider and call you to fix a malware-infected computer?such as during the recent cleanup effort begun in our botnet takedown actions. These calls will be made by someone with whom you can verify you already are a customer. You will never receive a legitimate call from Microsoft or our partners to charge you for computer fixes.

Let's see, some illiterate moron calls you out of the blue not even knowing if you have a computer and they know magically that it is infected and they can fix it.

Suspected shill comment above- So? What do they do, that buying a box of anti-virus & Internet Security software off the store shelf, won't do? You're paying suspect companies, with questionable reputations, bucket loads of cash for something you can do yourself for $20 to $40 bucks. Sorry, not buying it after reading other comments.

I got up with best technical service from them, even i verified that they are not from Microsoft but they are genuine and polite enough to agree with it. They have given me 5 years software protection warranty and saved my computer from lots of junks and viruses, provided me the required antivirus which i recommended from them.

Great service they don't do anything else without permission.
Thanks :

They called my home number claiming that my girlfriends PC was putting out spam and viruses and they needed access to it. They almost had her convinced but fortunately she emailed me at work. We have six PC's running through the same router, so I explained to her that there is no way they can associate our IP address with our phone number much less which PC.
I do have one question for these scum sucking filthy untouchables, "Jab tu paida hua tho aagey se ya peechey se nikla tha chutiya?"

Maybe if you would refuse to comply every time some stranger on the phone wants to seize control of your computer and install TeamViewer and allegedly cure all those problems you're not really having, your system would never be "messed up and screwed by an [sic] hacker" again.

I agree entirely that you qualified PC techs should be investigated properly in a genuine way by the Central Bureau of Investigation and the Indian Revenue Service, as you are only qualified in running a theft by deception racket across international borders.

I love it when you find real people with the names the shills pick!  I'll bet the only connection comes from the fact that the shill posts all share the same IP address!!

They can't. The bottom line is they have NO WAY of telling you how they figured it out, because they PHYSICALLY. CANNOT. TELL.  They just like to scare people into it by using "fancy words;" that way, they can then help themselves to people's bank accounts and identities.

My favorite thing to do is when they call me (and they have) to tell me they have "found" a problem with my Windows is to tell them I run Ubuntu.  :)

Can you provide this by telling us a address, city state, or if they have a webpage. Still there is no way they can tell if you have a problem with your computer. I got calls about that even when my is off or I am on the road with it in my bag (off also).

Its ridiculous, they have nothing to do with my bank account. I have activated my software warranty with them by paying via online credit card for which i have received my valid invoice then and there. And its seems my computer is much better than last time, I needed MS OFFICE which i got from them at free as well along with the license key.

Man oh man, you just don't give up, even when smacked with logic, do you?

That's okay, logic-smacking your silliness is working for me just fine.

MICROSOFT DOES NOT AUTHORIZE -ANY- 3RD PARTY COMPANY TO COLD CALL ON THEIR BEHALF.  They've said so plenty of times (did you conveniently ignore the link I pasted to one of your other shilling names? That's okay, here you go again: http://www.microsoft.com/security/online-privacy/avoid-phone-scams.aspx ) AND a 3rd party would NEVER, EVER be able to ID a computer with "problems."  Seriously. You're stupid, and your scam is stupid. Go away.

Someone cold called you about problems with your computer, and also had legal documents to provide you that needed a lawyer's verification?  Sounds like you're getting two known scams confused - the fake computer fixers and the fake loan extortionists!  You'd be better off sticking to just one scam at a time.
