I just received this call and was told They were from a rewards center that I was previously on (which i was on rewards sites for my credit cards) and I was due to recieve all these gift cards n certificates for being a long term customer with there marketing partner. After giving them my name when they asked I still felt something wasn't right. I asked what marketing customer I was with and they claimed they couldn't give me that information and when telling them it sounds like a scam, the Indian lady got all offended. I then called her a moron n hung up. I called back n asked to speak to a manger an they refused to put one on. So I hung up and called again n yet again another Indian person who can't speak English. This is a huge scam and be careful cuz one day u may be on a so called secure website from ur bank and all the sudden these calls start coming in. Makes u wonder if ur account numbers are safe. Think I'm gonna change my number to a paid line so when these idiots call me, ill keep them on the phone as long as I can and see who pays who lol

Omg god dammit! They just got me! Who would do such a thing! They called me and told me I've bee approved for a 30000 loan! So while I'm talking to the India lady by the name Sharon, she told me I wouldn't have to pay anything. Then she said hold on let me call the creditor to check your credit score. Than she got back on the line & said my credit score was to low so I needed to make a deposit of 198.00 to the nearest western Union & I would receive the money within 30 minutes! I believed them and did so. She said I'm going to transfer you to my boss so he can tell you more details. He stayed on the phone the entire time, and had me send the money to a Sarah Lopez in India, and he said to send it Us it will cost me 94.00 it's cheaper the Indian way! Than after I finish he said he's going to give me a call back in 15 minutes to make sure e wry thing went thru! 20 min pass no call back sor I calls him & she' says oh Ms. Jones I forgot to call you, but check your account later tonight or early morning! Than I look online to see about the company & here I see this! So I calls the number back and Sharon answers & I say what kind of scam is this! & she's no mo Ms jones you will be receiving your money, were legitimate. Still haven't received any cash !

Same story, most def a scam. I read all these post beore going through with it. Then I called tgem back to tell them to remove my information from their files and a lady name Tracy told me that I owe them 200 for a cancelation fee.

i just fall for this f****ng scam!!!..never answer calls from this numbers (209)753 4866...(209) 682 5678...they will rip off ur money..promising 3,000 thou dollars loan..but their procedure is to go to western union and deposit 200 dollars to their company in India ist..then they will remit ur money back in minutes...Yup!..I was 100% stupid to fall for these a***oles!!!..."vengeance is not mine..its Gods"..

I had this number call me about 3 times today so I decided to answer the call. It was some guy that could hardly speak a word so I said if you call this number one more time I will report you to immigration and the will the Federal Bureau. He replied with" F#ck you are macaroon. first off, how is he going to say F U then call me a macaroon!!! How dear he or she know I love macaroons and now I want one. Crazy Indian guy/creature!!

This number calls three or four times a day. They never leave a message

They called asking for someone who doesnt live here and when I said they have the wrong number the Indian was fake crying saying they sent someone money but need it back because their kid is sick and dying and the doctor wont see them without the money.  Then tried getting money from me.  I'm not falling for it...Don't give in to these phoneys!!!

These ****** stupid people are nothing more than ******** scammers...
I did apply for some payday loans. Because I was short on cash for my kids  ...
And was able to get help from a reputable company..
But these calls started coming in 4x a day... I had to block their # on my cell.

This is a Craig Miller (which is probably a fake name)SCAM. They sound like they are from India and that is not an Indian name. Who pays $160.00 to get a $3000.00 loan? I started to actually send it and became suspicious. DON'T DO IT. If you are broke stay where you are until things get bet. Don't dig yourself in a bigger whole and lose out on an ADDITIONAL $160.00 that I'm sure you don't have to basically throw away.

This is a scam. I wanted to borrow $2,000 & they wanted me to send them a $250 "deposit" by Western Union first. They claimed that they would send the "deposit" back to me when they sent the $2,000. That was red flag number one. Red flag number two: they did not want to direct deposit the money into my bank. They claimed that the bank would take out 26% off the top for a "business transaction".  They were very pushy and wanted me to send them the money within the hour.  Red flag number three was when they said that I would be repaying the loan at $266 in 8 monthly payments. That amount barely covered the loan. You know it will cost you more than that.  I made an excuse that I was catching a cold and not feeling well and needed a nap first and that I would wire them the cash later in the day.  They were not happy. Once I hung up I immediately called my cell phone provider and blocked their number.  AVOID THIS BUNCH LIKE THE PLAGUE!

This is a good company i got a loan from them of $5000 by just paying them $300 which i got back along with the loan amount...

I had the same problem. But when i told them i didnt need the loan they said i had to pay three hundred dollars. For some reason though the dude askex me about some porn star and said they would pay me 15,000 a week. After the guy started getting really graphic i demanded to speak to a supervisor and he told me the same thing!!! I was so disgusted i kept hanging up on them. They wouldnt. Quit until my roomie answered and threatened them wifh legal action. Dont deal with these b*****ds. They're ridiculous. If you see their number call your carrier and report them for harrassnent

It's the 'advance fee' fraud. It's rife in the UK as well. Anyone asking for an upfront payment for a loan, is a thief. There NEVER is a loan. Most operate from India, and are pretty much impossible to trace from either the UK or the States. The 'phone number can be rented internationally, so it doesn't always originate from the region it appears to. Interpol etc are working on this fraud, but in all honesty, any money you give these parasites is long gone.

same ole same ole...i repeatedly received phone calls. i decided to answer they told me i was approved for 3000 loan. i told them i wasn't interested in that amount, they said the minimum 1000. i was told i can wait up to 72 hour for them to deposit in my account or they could western union it. i was told to barrow 1000. i will have to pay back 177. a month for 6 months, which equals 1062. ummm that did seem right for them to only charge me 62. for a 1000 loan...i continue to get info. they told me i had 15 min to get to the nearest western union, and i had to send 150.   before i go inside the store, i was to call them so they could tell me what to do next. i asked why am i to send money ...they said for a good faith deposit you will get your money back. i told them i wasn't sure this wasn't a scam, the lady told me well you have our number if something goes wrong, and we will return the money. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO i get online to search the company and its number...and here i am. WHAT a freakin scam.  when it sounds to good to be true it usually is!!!

keep getting calls from this number and yes that took me for 184.00  and wanted more have not or will not send it.

Hi this number called me telling me that i could recieve 1000 dollars and that i had to send 150 dollars to recieve it through western union and i did then they tell me that they didnt recieve the money then told me to send 210 dollars to redo the process. Now tjat i couldnt give that amiunt they told me that they will refund me my money and that it would take 48 business days. They even gave me a fake western unoin mtcn and so i couldnt recieve my loan. I needed that money to get my babys crib.

calls that are annoying

I received a call from the "Immigration Office" and was approved for  an "Income Support Benefit". I never applied, and am not an immigrant. When I get to Western Union with my $295.00 application charge, I should call them to find out where to send it. The number that called me was 800-886-8860. I did ask for a number I could use to call and verify that he is who he said he was, and it was 209-753-4866, the payday loan store.

These calls have been coming in for days now. One message left stating that I have been approved for $3000 loan and to call back for details. Advance America....I will not be calling them.  The last time they called they wanted me to run over to Western Union with $232.00 and he would give me the information then and I could send the money...then they would transfer the hones to my checking account. I didn't go and I won't be calling them back.  You should never have to pay ahead of time to get a loan.  Other than buying a car and that is called a down payment.  So please don't believe whatever these guys are telling you. It is a scam and they just want your money.

I get these calls all the time and I just call them back and say I am so and so with the Federal bureau of investigation  investigating their company. They hang up on me all the time lmfao!!!!

Has anyone been able to prosecute or get their money back?
