I work in a law firm and I met Wendy a few years back, as she was working right next door on the same floor as me.  Well, after I got to know her and found out what kind of person she was, I did not want to be friends with her anymore.  What did she do - she called my place of employment  and sent my boss emails saying all kinds of lies about me.  Thank God I did not get fired as that is exactly what she wanted to happen!  What an evil person!

Finally. I also tried to get her put away and filed charges against her. I saw her scam her employer and we pretty much got the brush off from her parole officer. This woman is a pathological liar and I am so glad someone managed to stop her. She is a menace to society.

Yes, Wendy was adopted by a lovely Mom & Dad.  Her Dad was a Dentist and had a very good practice in the Bronx, New York.  As a child she had anything she could have asked for.  As an adult, it looks as though she still wants anything she wants but the money tree died when her parents passed away.  It is a very sad story to know that she has been arrested so many times.  There are many children out there doing without a lot of things that they wantm and will never get, yet when they become adults, they don't have to steal to get it.  Jail I think is the safest place for this woman.

TAMARAC ? An elderly couple turned to Craigslist to find a room to rent for an adult handicapped daughter, and discovered a Tamarac residence that was being leased by Wendy Richland. They paid Richland a $50 check and art worth $325 as a deposit, the Broward Sheriff's Office says, and the tenant was to move in to the home on the 8500 block of Northwest 83rd Street on December 3, 2012. But on December 1, 2012 Richland, 57, who fled authorities to live in Boca Raton and had cashed the check, told the couple the deal was off, the Broward Sheriff's Office says. Richland declined to return the cash and claimed the art was a gift. Broward Sheriff's Detective Monica Jean arrested Richland on January 2, 2013 and charged her with larceny of less than $10,000.00 from a person 65 or older, and violation of probation/parole. Jean hopes to hear from others who may have attempted to rent the property. Richland's attorney from previous court cases could not be reached for comment. She has served brief prison terms for forgery and grand theft convictions, a Florida Department of Corrections spokeswoman said. In 2009, Jean arrested Richland and charged her with two counts of grand theft for taking rent deposits for the Tamarac in foreclosure property of $2,400 and $1,800 from two women. One of the victims found other tenants unpacking boxes before she could move in, and Richland told the second woman that she changed her mind and wasn't renting the house to her, according to complaint affidavits. In those cases, Richland received probation after pleading no contest, according to Broward County online court records. Richland's Tamarac property is in foreclosure since 2007, county records show as well as HOA Woodlands Country Club. Jean asks anyone with information to call 954-720-2298.

I met this woman working for an attorney in Boca Raton. At first I heard all these horrible stories about her health issues and how shes alone and has no family. Dont let the sad sob storied fool you. After having a couple lunches with her, listening to her stories, something didnt add up.
It started when she would tell me about her 27 year old son who runs a marajuana dispensery in Colorado and makes about 30,000 a week. That was just minor, things just got worse from then on.
She started calling work around the same time every month saying she was rushed to the hospital and "they tried to admit me but I said no no no" same line everytime. Come to find out she is on probation and needs to meet with her P.O.

She will scam you for money and make up anything to get what she wants. She tells countless lies about everything and most of the time cannot keep up with her own lies!
