I just received a call from DCS, INC. inquiring about my son. He would not tell me how he got my name and number, nor why he needed to speak to my son. He would not even tell me what "DCS" stood for and denied he was a collection agency. These people belong in jail for their harrassment...

I received a phone call from someone named Kiersten Baca from DCS looking for my supposed neighbor, Kayla Gonzalez, who I don't even know. She said it was very important and asked if I could relay the message. I took the information and did a Google search on all the names she gave me, which brought me to this site. I am on the do not call list, so this is very irritating that someone doing some sort of scam is calling my house.

I was contacted today by a woman at DCS Incorporated...she called twice.  Unfortunately i did answer her questions and only later became suspicious about how she got my name, et-cetera and what she was really calling about.  Her claim is that she was looking for someone that had lived at my address previously.  She talked about a business that this person had run in my hometown and talked about a street near my street, she sounded legit.....F*#(# i totally bought it and now i'm realizing she was probably very disengenuous.

I received a call from this company tonight.  They were calling for a neighbor.  Actually, the person they want really isn't my neighbor at all... but my neighbors MOTHER!  What in the world is up with that??  They claimed to be calling about a 'business matter'.  Yeah right.  They asked if I new 'neighbor X' - I said no.  And... my number is unlisted, and I'm in a rental house so I know they didn't get the number off of public tax records... geez!

We keep getting calls, messages and letters from DCS, Inc.  This evening I received a message from Andrea that just said "Pick up Steve, I know you are there... Steve, please pick up it is Andrea and it is important call me back ok?"  I called the phone number back (after getting it on caller id, because she didn't even leave a number) and she said that she needed my husband to call her back.  I told her "no way, why did you leave that message on my voice mail?"  I then got the run around with her saying that maybe it was Stacy who left the message. She hung up on me several times and I continued to call her back.  I eventually asked for her manager and she laughed at me so I asked her who her boss was and she told me that Andrea was (the girl who originally left the message).  Oh, I was sooo mad!  I asked who the president of the company was and was told I could find all of that information on line.  So, when I started looking it up I came to this website.  You have got to be kidding me!!  How do these people stay in business!!!

I just got the same type of call. The guy said he was calling long distance looking for my neighbor. I told him nothing.

Don't ever give anyone any of your private information.  If they knew you , they would call you.  They want your money...run away...

Don't fall for it...email or call the Better Business Bureau immediately!  These people are leeches!  Don't give them any information, ask for their name, and call and report them.  I'm on them right now...this is not over!!!!!!!!!!!

The easy way to do this is the same way I just did....call the guy back and say this is his neighbor and we are watching him. I had the guy all flustered. I am like is this Jonathan Cruz and I said, come on guy, we all are watching you and we know you are from Monteca, CA...just be careful, because we are all watching you...and then he hung up.

Got call from same number saying they were trying to get hold of my neighbor and if I knew there cell number.. Chris Farrell was the person who identified himself.

She was calling for a neighbor's information, but the address and name did not match.  Why am I expected to be the message delivery guy for this person?  It sounded like debt collector hasseling to me, so I "lost" her message.

I received a call about my father of whom deceased late last month. As i have read, i to was not able to get this lady to disclose information about this company or would tell me why wanted my dad. again very rude.

She called my office and demanded to talk to my manager and me. But she demanded to speak to me first.  I have no idea who this woman is and don't want to by all of the previous post.

Calling for someone who no longer lives here.
She kept DEMANDING information while I was asking her to identify herself.
EXTREEMLY rude.
When asked to identify herself she responded by DEMANDING information about the person she was calling for.
I took MANY, MANY attempts to get her to identify herself, and she REFUSED to identify her company.

What's wrong with DCS Inc & Kristen Baca?
Why would ANYONE give a rude, demanding stranger, who won't identify themselves, information about someone else?

I believe that DCS Inc & Kristen Baca are violating several Sections of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

kirsten baca is the lady who would call me repeatedly regarding a debt that wasn't even mine, for someone who didn't even live in my home.  I sent a do not call letter priority mail with confirmation to stop the calls. Also, she would start each call with, "hey! can I speak to so & so." Very annoying!!!
