Got a call from this number two times yesterday. Seems that they have stopped threatening people and started the CashNet USA fraud line again. CashNet USA is a legitimate payday loan company, but the people who call from this number are scam artists. I have used CashNet USA to get some money to tie me over until payday and already have an account open with them and this scammer is telling me that they are wanting me to come open an account with them so that they can give me $3,000 loan. DON'T GIVE THIS MAN ANY INFORMATION!!!! HE IS A FRAUD!!!!

I've been receiving these threatening phone calls stating that I owe money and that they're going to show up at my job to arrest me. It pretty pathetic that people go along way to try to scam others out of money.

It's the bogus collectors who "did wrong", not you. Consumer debt in America is not a criminal matter.

Thank you so much i wish i had research this ahead of time. But i know what I can do from here. i will tell them that My attorney is looking into what i have did wrong and see what they are going to do from here.

THIS IS A SCAM!! A pretty ridiculous one, at that! Unfortunately, they prey on the weak, timid and elderly. DO NOT GIVE THESE JACK-A***S ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION! Chances are, they already have more information on you than you would like and will use it to seem legitimate while attempting to intimidate you into sending them money or providing them with a credit card #. No matter how realistic they sound when attempting to threaten, intimidate and scare you with threats of legal actions, jail time and garnished wages... it's all fictitious and fabricated to rip you off. He/They are NOT attorney's representing ANYONE. They are an advanced fraud ring (out of Stockton California) engaged in a very large intimidation & rip off scheme. SOLUTION: Stay CALM and play along as if you "intend" to comply. Gather & obtain as much information as possible so that you can contact the police AND your District Attorney. You can quickly and easily obtain your local District Attorney's direct office & fax number online or by contacting your local authorities. They take these scams very seriously and are aggressively in pursuit of these jack-a***s.

I received threatening calls from this number saying I committed a crime with checks and what not and investigators are coming to my state to take me to California and have to sit in jail for 90 days. I will loose everything and what not. I went to my local sheriff and called my phone provider to block the call. when I asked them their name of business they would not tell me I told them I am at the sheriffs office and they hung up on me. it is a scam I researched it more and found same stuff with other people. worse thing is they knew my social security and my new job and then I went and ordered a credit report asap and found none of what theyre claiming real.
