My research shows that this is a telescammer who's phone number(s) are for hire by the shady side.

Calls from this number go from Cruise scams to attacks on the Bexar County Republican Party (San Antonio, Texas area).

The number is spoofed and I doubt we'll ever be able to find out who it really is.

Sometimes I can catch them in a slip up.

They asked me why I was callibg their "girl" in the middle of the night -_-

Picked up the phone,  Must have called around 8:00 a.m. on my vacation day.  I didn't answer the answering machine picked up and as soon as it did, the call disconnected.  I don't bother with caller ID anymore because I just simply don't pick up my phone.  If I want to know, I star *69.

I get this number calling my emergency on call cel phone which is a restricted number for emergencies only. I hear the ship horn and then a message to press a number to continue with a survey. This has to stop.

This number will not stop calling me

You hear the horn of a cruise boat and it has do to with me apparently winning a cruise. I'm in Canada and this is in the US... clearly waste of my time and theirs (they likely make money one way or another when a call is answered).

I've answered it maybe 2 or 3 times.... But no one picks up on the other end. Quite annoying because for the past few days at ~11am EST, it always calls..

I have never answered the call.
every Monday to Friday between 1:30 and 2:00pm est, I receive this call on my cell phone from this number...since I do not know anyone in Texas area code I donot waste my day time mintes for this....I have voicemail and they do not leave a message.
