Some agent named GregoryParkings/Michelle Kalowski and associates called me today saying I missed some tele-deposition. I truly hope no one is dumb enough to fall for that. These idiots will try anything to get a call back I guess.....

I have been receiving calls from these people I do not know who they are ??? They use an unknown number and leave this 2102015740 on which has a recording.Finally when I got connected this nasty man was very rude and was saying that he was doing a tele-deposition????  He said he represents like 17 law firms??? Are these collectors ???? They call at night and they do not provide many details....I will just change my number...

Received a call from an unknown number stating i was been served for a phone deposition and that i will go for an arbitration to call Greg paring at 2102015740. You cannot get anyone in that number and it says he is at court. I was unable to google any law office under this name or phone number in TX. They even created a case number to make sound real.

Received a call for my daughter, who hasn't lived with us for years, advising her to call 210-201-5740 to speak to a Greg Parkins. There was a case number given and veiled threats about missing a deposition and now having to do a telephone deposition regarding arbitration in a case against her. She called back and they made made threats about having her arrested in her home state and taking her to court and embarrassing her husband and his family. They told her they wanted 500 and some dollars or they were going to go after 2500. stated they would garnish her wages or take her tax returns. Thinking scared she gave her bank info to these people. I told her to change her account or stop the payment. She's afraid of going to jail over a debt she doesn't even remember. When I called the number the guy got very short with me about calling his number. These people are doing immeasurable mental harm to people and they need to be stopped from such practices.

Same thing just happened to me. Spoke to a f****ng bi*** named Donia because Greg was in court.,hmmm how convenient. She rushed me along and tried to tell me I was dishonest and my credit report proves it and all this other b.s. She pulled up a file and said it was something from 5 years ago that I wasn't even aware of. She said paperwork was returned from my address. I don't think this company is legit at all.

A man by the name of Antonio Albert from Legal Document Services left a message indicating I was to call Gregory Parkins at Kalonski & Associates at 210-201-5740.  He also provided a case number.  Since I didn't recognize either name or the law firm, I attempted to do some research.  I still have yet to find any firm that even comes close to this one (since I don't know the exact spelling) and the phone number doesn't come up on any search.  I've worked for law firms for over 17 years and I can guarantee that if you did a blind search for their phone number...their firm name would come up.  This firm doesn't even come up on Martindale Hubbell's website...not a good sign.  So I call.  The person I was asked to contact was in court so I needed to talk to someone else who was not available either..they needed to call me back.  I attempted to explain that if they called from another private number as they did before, that I wouldn't answer.  The guy was extremely rude and indicated their office didn't call me to begin with.  When I again tried to explain that they needed to be sure not to block their number so I would know who was calling, the guy started talking over me, not listening and being even more rude.  I hung up on the guy.  I can only assume this is NOT a legitimate firm or issue at this point.  They wouldn't even tell me what kind of law firm they were.
