Caller with accent (?) saying she is calling from the "State of California Business Development Office"  wanting to speak to the person in charge of possible business relocation or development.  I heard a phone bank in the background and asked her if she was really from the State of California?  She continued "Business Development Office." I sent her to the Hospital Administrator, he wrote the number down and tried to call it back and it went to voicemail...did NOT say it was State of California.

The voice/accent you all describe sounds familiar, name given as Victoria Watson.  Calling from "Province of Ontario Business Development Branch".  I guess they match the state/province to the area where they're calling to.  Only once so far, Dec. 9/08.  Calling re: moving our location.

keep getting these myself, same senario as above. Threatedn law suit and nothing has worked, very intrusive and harrassing. Same girl everytime (accent, oriental decent)she has also called saying she was from the cences beuro

Have received at least 6 calls a month for the past 6 months.  Caller says they are from the Department of Illinois but cannot specify which department.  They want to know about our campus relocating, which we are not.

Unsolicited call regarding our possible plans to move office location.

Harassing call regarding private business. This is the 5th call rec'd.
