They called 3 minutes ago, but didn't leave a message.  I just called them back and received the message that "This number has been disconnected."  So, obviously, the caller is either spoofing that number or has their voicemail greeting saying the number has been disconnected.  

Oh well, they've had their 1 chance.  They're now blocked from my phone and they will receive the message, "We're sorry, the number you have called is not in service.  Please check the number and try your call again. {repeat}".

So I called this number back and it said, "Thank you for your interest in suddenlink...."  And after being on hold for ten minutes I hung up.

Google search shows suddenlink is yet another ISP.  It was an effing sales call!!  

I've been getting call after call after call for a couple weeks.  FINALLY got a hold of someone at suddenlink, after 4 transfers and 17 minutes, to MAYBE have my number removed from their robo dialer.  It's insane!!

This number has called repeatedly. No voicemails left. I answered once and didn't say anything, it was a recorded call and a human said hello but I didn't stick around to find out any more.

This number shows up as "Private Name"  called 12/23, 4 times , 12/22 once, and 12/21 one time. This is also the same time frame I was getting recorded messages saying I needed to call a given toll number regular ding a breech in my Armstrong Bank checking account. I noticed on Facebook that numerous people in my area were getting the same call.  The bank mailed statements to everyone who actually had accounts with them dtating it was NOT them!!!  Crazy

Caller ID reads, "Blocked Name."  I see from posted info above that this is time warner.  I did not answer.  I send it directly to fax machine. Dont need any time warner services, promotions, etc.

Yea, this number calls me a lot and I'm sure it's TWC.  They called from from an 800 yesterday trying to sell me an upgrade.  I mean really?  I have never had a cable company feel like they can just call me whenever and sell me.  I only use them for internet anyway.

Fingers crossed Google Fiber comes to SA!!!  Then I will totally ditch these idiots.

Just got the call and per a suggestion on page 1 I called it back.  It was Time Warner Cable saying that I had been moved to 'Preferred Customer Status' and they wanted to tell me about all the wonderful deals they had for me.  I declined and asked that my number be removed from any marketing and/or advertising.  They said it could take up to 30 days to process my request (laughable) so we shall see.


I had been getting calls several times a week and they would hang up as soon as I picked up.

This was a TimeWarner promotional call. These idiots blew up my phone on my off day ... called about 10 times and never left message on voicemail since I didn't answer the first 9 times they called. When I finally answered, took the marketer a couple seconds to speak as I was just about to hang up. He didn't speak very good English and instead of asking if I had a few minutes, he goes right into his sales pitch. I interrupted him after about 2 mins and let him know I was not interested in any upgrade packages with TimeWarner and that as a matter of fact, I was about to switch over to Verizon FIOS since TimeWarner cable is the worst cable company I've ever had (box constantly reboots itself and they push updates at the most inconvenient times like mid-day and when an update is pushed it reboots the cable box and that takes another 10-15 mins for cable to come back on). Never had that issue with Comcast in Michigan prior to moving to Texas.

this looks like a fraud call calling me at 8 in night and in the morning by the same person for the same reason be carefull.

Received another call with no message left. If this is from time Warner  then they are complete marketing idiots !!

I called this number and no answer, a few minutes later i got a call from the same area code but different number. Guy said i filled out a new job request, i said i had not and don't call again. Will report if they show up again.

This is supposedly a time warner cable promotional group paid by time warner (which I think is bull). They claim their offices is located in San Diego california, while the area code is based out of San Antonio texas.

However you can tell them to put you on the "do not call list" they will cooperate, but who knows how legitimate you can take their word.

Final thoughts is this is a spam number and shouldn't be trusted, so beware and never give out your information.

I'm tired of these calls.  It just shows up on my caller ID as San Antonio.  Surely they can stop this type of aggravation!

Got a call from this number, also said Skiptel.  No one was on the line so I hung up and blocked the number.

It's Time Warner Cable. So annoying. Call TW and tell them if they do not take you off their call list, you will switch to Dish.

I just recevd a call from 210-254-1141.  they leave no message and no one is there. they keep calling at least 3 times a day.

Comes up as Skiptel on the caller ID. No idea who it is. Probably some collection agency. I have a lot of those callin me from years ago. Oh well boohoo.

This number calls every weekday, sometimes more than once.  Whenever I've answered it no one is there and they hang up.  When it goes to voice mail they don't leave a message.

I've also had calls from Time Warner Cable constantly offering me "upgrades" on services I don't have, about once a month for the past four months.  Very annoying.  I definitely need them blocked.

He said he was from Time Warner but caller ID said Private Name.

They called me and asked for me by the wrong name, i said yeah thats me,  they asked if it was ok for them to look at a cable account to see if I am eligible for a promotion.  they put me on hold and never came back.  now they call me everyday and i don't answer. (it did seem like a skip tracer).....a few days later I did get something in the mail from my cable company telling me I get free showtime for 6 months. could be a coincidence.

Every day almost the same time, between 3:30 and 4:30 have phone number blocked from my cell, Time Warner leave me alone. FCC can't you do something about this harassment, I am a customer of theirs and they treat me like this, I am quitting them.

Some of the above posts indicate this is Time Warner calling.  I am a customer of Time Warner.

So far I haven't answered the calls from Skiptel.   If Time Warner is calling they should have their

name come up on the caller-ID instead of Skiptel....

I have turned off my home phone because of these annoying calls wanting to upgrade your service, They are calling on my cell phone I DO NOT WANT ANY CALLS TRYING TO SELL ME SOMETHING I DO NOT WANT. Time are getting hard enough just trying to paid for your medicine and medical costs. FCC needs to put a stop to Time Warner.

Who calls me from this damn number every other day w/out ever answering??
