Everyone should report them to the BBB.  They will bug the #$%& out of them on each complaint.

This is from an authorized AT&T vendor that bought your name from AT&T to seel you services. I called them back and told me to take my name off their call list. They agreed and said it would take 30 business days. I suggest everyone do the same or they will keep calling.

It's an AT&T vendor, according to their message before the line goes on hold. They called my home after 8pm last night & I told them that was too late to call. They called twice today on my home phone when I wasn't home but didn't leave a msg. Instead, they left what sounded like a fax tone on my answering machine twice. I've tried calling back to tell them to remove me from their calling list, but either the line gets disconnected or I sit on indefinite hold!

This vendor calls my house at least 8 times per day. I just talked with a rep there she said they were AT&T. I made her clarified if they were an AT&T vendor or my phone company. She stated that they were and are a vendor. I requested to be remove me from their call list. She advised she could do that and to allow up to 30 days for all of their locations to be updated. No promise that I won't be receiving additional calls until then. BS!

I have been getting these calls from 210 331 5230 since the beginning of 2009. And like others comments they do not leave message to identity themselves. I have file complaint with national donotcall.gov and fcc and local regulatory authority. And I was told ( at least locally) unless they tell me there product they can not do anything.

I have called the phone number and it did identity as att vendor.
These calls need to stop one way or the other. How absurb that a company would do this to consumers they are trying to do business with.

This number comes up at least 2 to 6 times a day on our phone and we never answer it.  We have privacy director and are on the do not call list and annoying companies or whomever, still call.  Normally the caller ID shows WBS and some times private number.

I've started picking up and hanging up.  They call me at least 3 times a day and always when my baby and/or toddler are sleeping and it drives me insane!  My husband has answered a couple times and is immediately hung up on.

This number calls my number a minimum of six to seven times per day.  When answered there is no one on the line, only a dial tone.  Sometimes the caller ID says WEST, sometimes it reads BLOCKED.  Is ANYONE checking this out?  I am on the Do Not Call Registry and this has gone beyond annoying.  Who can find out who these people are and how to STOP them!!!!????

I have received 5-7 calls a day as well without answering. Just to vent, I hit their website and selected "Contact Us", followed by a stern note in the comments section stating my "feelings" for their harassment. This was only after calling the number and got an after hours recording, even though they just called me.

These people call at least five (5) times EVERY DAY!!! The id shows up as unknown or West.  How can it be stopped??

Maybe we should all stop using AT&T as our phone carrier.

I get at least five calls a day from this company. They need to stop calling.

Managed to talk with an accented woman who wanted to offer me the opportunity to subscribe to AT&T High-speed Internet. I told her that I'm already a subscriber. She offered to DOUBLE my speed for five bucks more a month.

I asked how she, that is, West Business Services, is connected with AT&T. (See post immediately above.) She assured me that they ARE AT&T, just a different division located in a different office, and that's why the Caller ID is different.

Yeah, right.

This number started calling my home yeterday I answer and no-one say's anything,called again today when I was not home and did not leave any message on my voice mail

This is a scam artist pretending to be from AT&T trying to get your personal information.   I gave them so much bogus information it will be funny when they try to use it.

This number calls and no onw says anything. I called back and a recording say I have reached an authorized vender of ATT and to please hold while the call is transfered. I didn't want to hold. They have call at least twice a day for days now.

I have received 8 calls in one day from this phone number. Obviously a telemarketing company but why are they allowed to call people on the Do Not Call list and why do they call so many times. Thank goodness for Call Block.

I keep getting calls from this number too about 5 times a day. It's really getting out of hand. I answered it a couple of times, and both times, there was no one one the other end. It's beginning to annoy me. When I don't answer, they don't even leave a message. How are they allowed to get away with this?

If this is an authorized vendor of ATT and you've ever had ATT as your phone company then being on the 'do not call' list doesn't mean a thing. I've been getting calls from this number forever and don't even bother anymore. Their computer has already called my home 7 times today.

As the other poster indicated, this is a scam artist saying they are with AT&T in an attempt to get your personal information.

This number comes up as both "private" (on Tuesday evening) and "West" (Wednesday afternoon).

I spoke with a woman who claimed to be with AT&T on Tuedsay. Explained to her that I was at that moment sitting in a live chat lesson for school (online) and couldn't talk. She said she'd call back. She had a foreign accent.
