This is ridiculous!!!! They're calling three times a day!!! I contacted Consumer Affairs to file a complaint. In order to file a complaint you're required to complete some paper work. I was also told to contact the Federal Communications office.

I called the telephone number to just give them a piece of my mind and the recording stated that they're an authorized vendor for ATT and the office is currently closed. The call was made to me while typing this statement. Evidently there's an automatic calling system or they making overtime calling people but refusing to leave messages.

So the complaint will be filed with ATT and if the calls continue, I will discontinue using ATT

I have the same problem with this number, they call usually twice a day. It's really getting annoying now, I actually talked to the person that called this morning and told them I'm not interested in AT&T or their Internet service.

I wish there was some way to get these bastards to stop calling here everyday!

I spoke to them a long time ago and told them I was being called 3 and 4 times a day to purchase the Internet. I told them that I did not want to receive any more calls. They told me they would take me off the calling list or out of their dialer for 5 years. Well, the next day I received another call. The lady I spoke with told me she would make sure that was completed. Well, it worked well for about 2 months and now I am back in their dialer. I got a call again from them about 2 days ago. I am going to cancel the land line service I have with them for my fax machine and that I use periodically. We use TMobile cell phones anyway and use Brighthouse for Internet.

I have the same problems. They call serveral times a day!! The name comes up as WEST on the caller id..

They call my home phone number 2 or 3 times a day EVERYDAY!  Caller ID is WEST. We don't answer and they hang up when the answer machine comes on.  It's very annoying, they must be stopped!

We would appreciate very much if the number 210 0331 5232 would discontinue calling our home phone numerous times daily for no real reason.  I will be reporting this to authorities for the purpose of viewing these calls as harrassment.  Should our request be ignored, then we will seek whatever remedy to hold the responsible party accountable for harrassment.

This number calls my house 3-4 times a day, even on the weekend! They call as late as 8-9:00 at night too. They never leave a message either. Very annoying!!!!

This number calls my elderly neighbor who does not own a computer, and she phones me to see if I can help get these calls stopped, which I don't mind at all.  I have put her number on the "do not call" list, and they continue to call.  She takes several naps each day, and they are disturbing her to no end. I thought this was against the law and if not, it most certainly should be!!  She says she pays extra to AT&T  to block such calls. This is a shame!!!

They are a 3rd party for AT&T trying to get you to sign up for DSL.  I have asked them numerous times to add me to their do not call list, and they never do.  I get about 3-4 calls a day from them, and I never pick up.

UPDATE - I called the number during business hours. It is actually West Business Services, which works for AT&T. I asked them to put my number on their do-not-call list, which they did. We'll see if it works out!

I called the number from an internet phone and sure enough, it's AT&T. I think this is an autodial machine that is calling us to find out when we are home for their telemarketing calls. They drive me CRAZY!

I think it's AT&T wireless services trying to drum up new business.

They call all the time.  I never pick up the phone.  Maybe I should tell them to knock it off.

Calls repeatedly and when I block them they call from a different number.  Would love to put an end to these calls without canceling my phone service.  All telemarketing should be illegal in my opinion.  As long as they continue calling I will continue reporting the number.
