The name on my caller id is britney lane

They just called me and said they have a civil suit against me.I replied call my lawyer they hung up.They ask for ur ssn if you who you say your are you know it already. Its people stealing your identity. Do give no info (period)

said they had documents being issued... they use scare tactics to make you call and pay for something they have no intention filling... also called relative saying it was being issued by the court office... now I'm just waiting for them to call again so I can get me info and sue these people.

These people had our sons info SS #  and an address his girlfriend lived at at one time. Other addresses were not correct but he hasn't lived with us for years so we didn't know. They got $402.00 from us thinking he was in trouble. On my charge card of which I called and tried to get stopped but couldn't but I did stop any other charges from being made.  We got took.....what can we do to get our money.

This number is a scam. Do not provide any information and tell them that you are reporting them to the authorities. They are trying to get your address and your personal details to still your Identity. Be aware

They called my home and when my husband answered they asked if he would accept process serving papers for a person we knew. he said no, and then hung up on them.  

SOMEONE FROM THIS NUMBER JUST CALLEDMY HOME AND ASKED MY HUSBAND FOR SOMEONE NAMED SHERRY. HE TOLDHER THERE WAS NO SHERRY THAT LIVED HERE.  SHE ASKED IF HE WOULD ACCEPT PAPERWORK FOR SHERRY AND HE SAID NO, AND HUNG UP ON HER. I KNOW IT ISNT A BILL COLLECTOR CALLING MY HOME.  

I've been getting phone calls from this number several times, once I answer they say something and then hang up.  I called back and a woman answered said they were looking for someone by the name of Mary Diaz.  I told her it was the wrong number and asked what kind of service they were they said they served legal docs.  I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the Target security breach.

This company DF Services.  They also call themselves as Hamilton something or other, and they are most definitely a scam.  They call to threaten service and then demand payment for the imaginary debt they say you owe.  When they called me they had all my information completely wrong and when I told them this, they threw a tantrum and demanded that if I ever called them back - which I did, countless times (for kicks), that they would not talk to me any more.  Go forth and do likewise.  Pursuant Fair Credit Reporting Act, once you tell them they are calling for the wrong person, or they have identifying information wrong - they must remove you from their data-base.  DO NOT VERIFY ANY INFORMATION THEY THROW AT YOU.  The burden of proof is on them - and they are a weak telemarketing room trying to collect on imaginary debt.

Someone from this number called saying they were from a processing service. They asked if someone would be home to recieve the documents we requested. When questioned they gave the name ofsomeone we didnt know. Last name correct wrong first. When we call backanswering machine says its DF Services.

They have called several times....caller ID says Samantha Walton from San Antonio.  I am going to look into that do not call link listed by another person.  They are definitely liars because when I question them, they hang up.  This is about the fifth time

these guys have called my daughter three times today insisting i call them at this number 855-239-6294
they wont give any info just to call this number and that there are court papers that i wi recieve if i do not call. the second number is a telemarketer and is listed as such in all of the serach engines as a scam

Just called. Caller ID only said it was from San Antonio , TX.  Picked up and got a "hi" then nothing.  I said hello again and they hung up.????? Gonna block.

got a call today. trying to serve papers to someone who I know but they should not have had this number because we do not associate with that person. and then called my cell phone.

it came up on my caller id as Jake Stone ??

People receiving annoyance calls from these people should file a complaint with the Federal Do Not Call registry.

Just go to  https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2   and fill out the complaint form: it only takes a minute.

If they get several complaints, they will slap these people with a fine.

Have received two calls asking if we can receive documents from the San Antonio Sheriff's Department regarding someone we've never heard of, named Christina Hoff.

Caller hangs up when asked for more information. Call back, get recording from "BF Services".(I think)

this number calls ma everyday, asked if I know someone I don't then says they are trying to serve fraud papers on someone.
