Just got a call from this number, I didn't answer. They left a voicemail, it was a prerecorded msg about insurance car rates...

I answered (pre-paid cell phone charges), long pause, then a recorded woman yammering about information released from the DMV shows *I* am being overcharged for car insurance. At that point I hung up.

received a call at 3:23 PM. I did not answer because I was unfamiliar with the number. A message was left of 2 seconds of dead air.

I Called back from a blocked land line, got a recorded message about lowering Auto Insurance Rates??
Must be an Auto dialer? or a scammer?

They are getting sneaky. I NEVER answer calls from someone i dont know. Always look number up on line. This one left no voicemail .

this person called today at 3pm I didn't recognize number so it went to voicemail and they left heavy breathing on my voicemail and that was it nothing else.
