They had their automatic dialer call me every day. Finally answered. They are trying to collect a debt that is 10 years old from my ex spouse so not even my debt. They called every day afterwards knowing the debt wasn't mine but they refused to take my number off their account even after promising to do so. Filed a complaint wit the Texas Attorney General and found out that Convergent Outsourcing has been sued hundreds of times and have numerous complaints on file with the Attorney General's Office (They collect on old Pay Pal accounts etc). They are scammers but still in business so they can be sued for big bucks if they break FDCPA. By law they must be bonded so their insurance will pay if you win in court. Call a local San Antonio collection attorney to sue them.

Seems like it is a debt collector.  They have called me but did not leave a message.  When I called back got a recording saying that the company is Convergent Outsourcing. Don't know who that is, but most likely some sort of debt collector.  They are out of San Antonio Texas, cause that's where the number is calling from.  The recording said something about a letter, that's what leads me to believe that it's a debt collector.

Called again on 1/5/2013,  I let fax machine pick up.  Scammers.

Called me multiple times.  I called back and they refused to identify themselves.  They wanted me to give a bunch of info which I refused.  I said I would not verify anything until they told me who they were.  They hung up on me.
