they just call and leave a message saying this is John Tomas from fraud division and there has been my case referred to them and for me to either call or have my attorney call them. I am so tired of this calls I just block them but some how they still leave a message and I have filed a DNC with the District attorney and yet I still keep getting calls from them. They wouldn't give a company name or send me any information.

I just received a call just like this! I didn't answer so a message was left. I think this is a scam for money!!!!

He just called us too.  Yesterday and today- exact words and exact tone of voice both times.  Seems to be a recording.  Sounds like a scam to me.

Just called and left a message. Name was John Thomas, and asked me or my attorney to call him back. Left the number above to call him back. Did not mention my name, so I do not think this is a serious call. Just a telemarketer.
