They claim to be Stone and Associates Law Firm in San Antonio Texas. There is no such law firm....this is a scam, don't be surprised if they start calling other family members. I am filing a complaint with the BBB in San Antonio, Texas, they have a scam busters webpage

I called a call from this number and called back and the guy said my wife wrote a bad check for $1000 dollars and told me that she had two felony counts. After I called him on it he got and attitude and hung up on me.

person claiming to be Carl Anderson is calling my family members telling them that I have two felony warrants for writing checks on a closed account and that they have a case number. They have never called me, I have never written a check on a closed account. I called the number back it just goes straight to a voicemail, doesnt give the name of the company or anything. SCAM. I have had the same phone numbers for years but yet they havent called me....interesting
