Got a call from Jonathan ferris saying the same thing. If no call is made my rights are waived. This is a load of crock if it is a debt collector look at your credit report and they use that as they contacted you and it stays on your credit report longer than it has to, because it was a recent contact. Don't answer the call it's BS

Same thing happend to me. When I asked them for their address, they hung up. I called back and got a lady who claimed to be a supervisor and told me I was going to jail. So I filed a complaint with the FBI, FTC, and ATG. Also, I have a attorney looking into this for a possible civil action. If they are actually licensed in the U.S. they will be facing civil and criminal proceedings. Be sure to document everything they say. Eventually, these guys will be brought to justice.

Same thing happened to me. I received several calls a few weeks ago from Justin Dobrowski with same exact message and now Jonathan is calling from a different number with the same message.
jackie 2014-05-17 12:27:10 Unknown

jackie 2014-05-17 12:26:04 Unknown

Recieved call from Jonathan Ferris at 210-960-9020.This individual left a message stating that if i did not return his call he was going to document that I had waived my right to legal representation. Of course this is absurd since this can only be done in a court of law. This person needs to be found and charged with fraud

Extortion Scam Related to Delinquent Payday Loans
Washington, D.C.
December 07, 2010 FBI National Press Office
(202) 324-3691
The Internet Crime Complaint Center has received many complaints from victims of payday loan telephone collection scams. Callers claim the victim is delinquent in a payday loan and must repay the loan to avoid legal consequences. The callers purport to be representatives of the FBI, Federal Legislative Department, various law firms, or other legitimate-sounding agencies. They claim to be collecting debts for companies such as United Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Advance, U.S. Cash Net, and other Internet check-cashing services.
According to complaints received from the public, the callers have accurate data about victims, including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, addresses, employer information, bank account numbers, and the names and telephone numbers of relatives and friends. How the fraudsters obtained the personal information varies, but in some cases victims have reported they completed online applications for other loans or credit cards before the calls started.
The fraudsters relentlessly call the victim?s home, cell phone, and place of employment. They refuse to provide any details about the alleged payday loans and become abusive when questioned. The callers have threatened victims with legal actions, arrests, and, in some cases, physical violence if they do not pay. In many cases, the callers harass victims? relatives, friends, and employers.

I got that same call from SA TX.
Angie 2014-05-16 19:08:37 Unknown
Today was my 3rd call from TX with the exact same message. Have your attorney call me today or you waive your rights and they will push the case forward. One was a woman the other 2 sounded like the same man using Jonathan Harris and Justin Dombrowski. First they never say who they are calling for, second they always say if I don't call today they will proceed. Well this is the 3rd call in a month and nothing has happened so far.......
John 2014-05-16 16:56:31 Unknown
Same thing... Pre Trial Intervention... Guy named Harris. What's really funny is that he said if he didn't hear from me or my attorney he would document I was waving the right to counsel lol. That nonsense isn't even legal... you can always lawyer up. Stupid debt collector scam! Don't talk to them.
Jess 2014-05-16 15:02:32 Debt Collector
This is a scam and these people are such a joke and need to be stopped. They have been calling me for past month with different numbers, i have voice mails saved and its the same guy changing his name. How stupid can i be. first it was Justin and now its Jonathan lol
gs 2014-05-16 14:11:37 Unknown

Terri 2014-05-15 22:23:07 Debt Collector
I got a call from this jonathon Harris saying the same thing. He was very rude as well.
Halli 2014-05-15 20:12:07 Unknown
I got a call today from jonathan harris(?) from pretrial intervention. I was supposed to call back or have my attorney call back to avoid pushing my case forward. Interesting...never mentioned my name. Sounded like he was reading from a script. I had a similar call about a month ago from another TX number.
Samuel 2014-05-15 16:07:36 Unknown
I just got a call from this number to my cell phone.
