They have lately been calling about every 3 days.  According to another service, this is a "spoofed" number.

Called my cellphone, no message.

Robo call with an anouncement about "An importance announcement regarding your electric bill", not coming from con ed.

Aren't robo calls against the law?

This is an automated call from Con Edison.  I did not listen to the message.
