just got a call from this number.  I didn't answer it.

got a call from the 212-212-2212 number. guy said he was calling from a microsoft certified technician team, etc and that they are calling  since my pc has some errors, I work in IT since i was 19 so i tried to dig a little deeper, he said, he would transfer me to his tech dept . i  talked to the tech dept who  was baffled when i asked , that could he tell me "which " of my pc was complaining to them? in the end he told me "F O" although i must say, he did add a "sir" at the end .  kinda funny!!! but for sure im not going to anysite anyone asks me to or install anything

Just called today.. told me it was from Microsoft... said my computer was showing signs of being hacked for the last 15 to 20 days.

My laptop has been off for over a month.. no way.

He refuted it was software not hardware. I told him that made NO SENSE. And that my computer EXPERT of a fiance was just in my computer last night and it is fine.

He said it wasn't.. he could prove it... just follow his steps.

I said no way in hell. If there is a problem my fiancee will find it "goodbye"

Just got a call from this number. Caller ID said: XXXXXXXXXX NY Like I would answer this! I din't. Never have I seen a caller ID that reads all X's. I know it;s a scam.

They call everyday, yesterday they left a message that sounded almost like a pocket dial. How do I get this to stop if they wont even talk when I answer. Next time they call I will let them know the police or FBI will be notified of a scam attempt and consumer fraud will be notified because I'm on do not call list.

This number just called. I said "hello" a couple times, and nothing. I have bad service in my area so they might not have heard me, but after a little while, I just heard them yell "F*CK!" and hang up.

These morons called me a few days ago. I googled the number found these posts about it. They called again today, I knew what it/they were. I answered and said "hello, sheriff's office". They hung up. Perhaps that will stop the calls. Try it and see.

Unknown Call NY! They called to speak to my mom an=bout her windows PC. My Mom doesn?t have a computer. I told them I didn?t either. Sounded like the call was from India  Warning!!! Sounds like a Phishing Scam!

They called and told me they were from ComputerTracker, and that they had detected that I had "bad files" on my computer and they could help me fix it.  I asked to be put me on the no call list.  I had to ask several times.  Eventually the rep said in a demeaning voice "Alright he would not call again but that I should not use a computer again". What a bunch of ...

Got a call last night--guy was looking for the person who had that number before us.  I asked if he was a debt collector, as many are after the guy's wife.  He said "no, computer".  Deciding to have some fun, I said "Do you fix computers?  Can you fix mine?"  I guess I was a bit too enthusiastic as he said "Ah, f... it." and hung up.

I also got a call from a Inian sounding person by the name of Jennifer Adams. Ya right! She claimed she was from PC Trackers and was getting message errors from my computer and wanted me to go to turn my computer on and she would walk me through the steps to stop. It. I said I wasn't going to do that. I would call Dell and they would resolve any issues I might have. I also told her I would never just do something like that from a random phone call without checking out their business. She told me to go to support@pctracker.com to check them out. She must have thought I would really do that. I know if I were to have done that I would have downloaded whatever scam she was running. The scary thing is I'm sure they scare some people into doing it and then they steal their identity and bank accounts and so on. 1-212-212-2212

Called today, no message left.  Have no idea how this is tied to other 212-221-2212.  Please make it stop.  Caller ID said 1-212-2122-212 (interesting where the dashes landed -- nice new trick!).

This person (from India) called and said my computer was infected with viruses.  I said my husband is an engineer and he would know about viruses....thank you but no thank you.

Said they were from Microsoft and my computer was sending them error messages.  SCAM
Told them to stop calling I have no computer, that shut him up!

John called and said my computer is sending error messages and would I be knowing why..When I told him that I knew what kind of a call this was and that I was a Consumer Fraud Investigator there was silence and disconnect.

They just called me a few minutes ago.  After the idiot guy from India tried to tell me something was wrong, and after I berated him and told him nothing was wrong with my computer I told him to get his head out of his a**.  He didn't even know my last name.

They called me just recently. After they told me about an infected computer I told them I didn't have a computer. They hung up.

I also received calls from this number. I don't recognize the number and therefore I do not answer the phone. I have call block on my phone and they bypass it not good

I answered the phone and after a few "hello's", someone from India(?) said she was calling about my Windows computer. Did I know I was downloading from illegal sites? I said "No, and do not call me again." Hopefully they won't.

They're scammers - ignore the calls.

called for times said they could tell I was downloading unwanted data  last time they told me if I was downloading porn that is illegal in the united states of america

I got a call from this number today. They claim that I have a Windows computer and that my PC was sending an error message to them for the past three weeks. Sure, uh huh.

It's a SCAM.

I have been getting phone calls from these people for weeks.  They need to stop!  You call them back and it says that the phone has been disconnected or no longer in service.
