This piece of slime called me. I know that Microsoft never calls people so I just started singing Happy Birthday, Twinkle Twinkle, The ABCs, the theme to the Brady Bunch. I have also gotten them where I make suggestions about painful ways that he can die. The singing made him hang up the fastest. I'm insulted.

Microsoft and it's partners NEVER call you, unless you've called them or submitted an online ticket to them, first. This was a scammer. Also, Microsoft does not monitor everyone's computers for "errors" or "viruses". I hope you didn't give the caller remote access to your computer, otherwise, it's a sure thing your computer has been compromised - malware/spyware/keyloggers downloaded, personal information stolen, etc. If you DID give access, please take your computer to a bricks and mortar computer repair shop so they can make sure it's OK - worst case scenario, they may have to reformat the hard drive.
