How intelligent of you! I've never taken the time to write or respond to online forums but someone needs to tell you all to get a life! You all sound miserable! Not a good catalyst for success! World business lenders is a great company and thank God for them with the economy being the way it is!
Lilly 2014-03-04 11:23:38 Unknown
Wow!!!! You all need to get your facts straight! What commercial bank is going to give money with no collateral in 5 days????? Please tell me. World business lenders has a pricey pay back but it is able to deposit money to business right away without taking collateral! The intention is to lend to Businesses that will have no problem doubling or tripling the money they're lent. In a short amount of time. You should all be so focused on your businesses! That fact that you even took the time to write on here says a lot about your success lol.

frank 2013-12-11 01:30:52 Unknown
Ignoring the National Do Not Call list in your telemarketing operation is illegal, so you are already criminals before you go on to violate another law, like making robocalls (recorded messages offering goods/services). I'll bet you a nickel "Nina" is not your real name, you crook!

If you want to lose your house and all of your assets trying to pay off a 400% interest "lease" then World Business Lenders & Palm National is a great choice.
Apparently when you refinance your "lease" or loan they till over the total payoff amount from the first agreement into the next.
This company will have its day in federal court with us, our lawyers feel pretty confident in this company being found as a scam.
I do not work for Palm National or World Business Lenders, please take this warning very seriously. I own a small business that was doing well and was promises a traditional line of credit that never came, by business is ruined.
Calhoun Roomie 2013-06-08 04:06:21 Unknown
interest rates very high. think above 50% APR for just 6 to 12 month loans. they seem to usually want home and your cars as collateral and several personal guarantees too! go elsewhere like on deck for funding or google other places. BORROWER BEWARE! company is run by the same people whose last company, mortgageIT, got sued by the us government a couple of years back after housing bust. they intentionally underwrote bad mortgage loans back in the 2000s and funneled them onto the us government agencies. us taxpayers got stuck with the bail out on these loans from mortgageIt. wonder what they're after now with small businesses.......hmmm... anyways interest rates are crazy high
yeah right 2013-05-21 18:31:39 Unknown
Om other words, give you another chance to steal money?
HAHAHAHA
What a crock. Shame on you.

Yes, I got a call from these guys as well. I was skeptical at first but after checking these guys out on the web (wbl.com) they seem to be a legit company. They're not a bank but another lending source they who lend to those with less than stellar credit. I'm not currently in the market for a loan but would absolutely consider them in the future. However I must say, the man who called me was beyond boring. I think his name was Nate Warren or something. Nice guy, very informative, but he almost put me to sleep. And I thought my wife's book club meetings were boring, He just talked so slowly. I'm from S. Carolina and even too slow for me.

Hello, my name is John Lee and I'm a Production Analyst at World Business Lenders.
Let me address some of the issues coming up in this forum:
1. We are a real company registered in New York.
This is the link to our registration on the NYS Division of Corporations:
http://appext9.dos.ny.gov/corp_public/CORPSEA ... _results_page=0
2. We are a privately-owned and well-capitalized commercial finance company. We are not a broker, a cash advance company, or payday loan outfit.
We lend our own capital in the form of short-term loans to small businesses in 24 states. Our application is free and we can approve and fund loans from $10,000 - $300,000 in 5 days. We make loan decisions based on the financial health of businesses, and not on the personal credit score of owners (like many banks). Part of our application process is to assess 12 months of the business' bank statements in order to determine the amount of capital the client can afford to repay.
3. Yes, we are a young company. We incorporated in April 2011. Our founder and executive team each have several decades of experience in the lending business and WBL is growing rapidly.
4. Many of our customers are first contacted by outbound telemarketing through opted-in lists of small businesses. Numbers are dialed automatically, so sometimes there are multiple calls placed to a single number accidentally. We apologize for the inconvenience we have caused and are actively working to reduce the occurrence of these issues going forward.
5. Our web site is www.wbl.com, and corporate toll-free number is 877.415.9710. If you have any questions, one of our customer service representatives will be happy to answer them. I will also be responding to posts on this forum from time to time.
6. If you need to be removed from our marketing list, please call our corporate number at 877-415.9710 and inform the operator to permanently remove your number from our calling lists.
Thanks for your feedback and understanding. We look forward to working with you in the future.

We also received calls from these weirdos. Especially from chris barnes. His email is always at cbarnes@wbl.com or something along those lines. He slammed our email wil requests of bank statements, saying his underwriters needed all 12 months. Also, without us signing anything at all, agreeing on a loan amout, terms, etc. He started requesting copies or out driver liscences and copies of a blank business check. (Probably to start running bogus ach drafts from out account). We hav not heard from him. We refuses to give him this info. Beware or christopher barnes!!! And all those scam artists at 'world business lenders, llc'.. they are looking for struggling business owners. The economy is tough, and this crap company is using it to their advantage! Don't fall victim to this chris barnes @ss *ole!

I didn't receive a call from these folks initially like the rest. I'm a small business owner that was looking for untraditional lending. Maybe 6-7 months ago I went to Lendio.com which is a company that matches business owners to lenders. I did it just as a trail run to see where i stood. Well....@ that time I had only one company that was a possible match. i called....checked them out but in the end decided to wait until I built the companies credit up a bit more before applying for a loan so i could maximize my full lending potential. I went to there website and put my information in to see where we stood. Over the next few months a lot of strange things started going on w/my cell phone, hot spot connection, laptop & Internet connection. It was like some one was watching my every move & manipulating Internet pages. Just recently I went back to Lendio.com & guess who popped up? I called them just like the 1st company to get a feel for what their criteria's was. I spoke w/a female by the name of Melissa. Melissa emailed me over a business credit app. She said her company didn't base their lending off the normal things that most traditional banks or lenders did. It wasn't about the personal credit or per say the business credit but yet the companies monthly revenue. Ok.....it sound all good but things got shaky when she asked for copies of 12 months of all my business checking/savings accounts. After that I was totally uninterested. I'm gone just hand over all my personal/business information just like that. Not so!!!! & the strangest thing about it all....i went back to lendio.com from a different computer & connection & this company never showed up as a potential lender. Wow!!!! how safisticated are these guys? I'm not trusting the whole ordeal here at all....this WBF sounds like a company that's trying to milk eager business owners that's ready to become successful in a limited market of lending. Do your research & trust no one folks. We work to hard for con artist to come up off of our wants to secede.

Looks like another scummy telemarketing scheme. I got a call from this bunch of baboons also - looks like a newly formed company - if they conduct their business like they do their marketing, RUN. Kinda scammy.
