Please stop calling our home phone. My wife is dying of Cancer and these telemarketing calls wake her up & disturb her rest.

10-11-13 at 6:11 PM.  caller I'd says New York.  I don't pick up the phone.

As I block one number they call on another - 7 so far.  I have reported all of them to the DNC (FCC).  BBB says this is the best way to help get them shut down.

Complain to the DNC FCC as many times as you get called and maybe they will respond.

I reported 7 telephone #s  the robo telemarketers are using to call me.  Please! Everyone file complaints until they investigate and shut them down!   The BBB said to give the FCC as many #s as possible.  A lawsuit might be the answer.

they keep changing the tel # they call from but alarm company offer free groceries. I cant block out of state calls but I am on texas donot not call list and federal donot call list. when 1st did this and renewed when time period up it worked great. since lase time renewed it hasn't helped @ all and has been 6 months.  I can block all local calls

The caller called us @15:23 and other times It also used other  New York numbers to call us. Such  as212-677-6432. The man tried to sell our house in California. We live in Southern California. Whew I returned the call few times. The number is not in service. As www.800notes above many people reported this unwanted call.

There is an article in the July-August issue of the AARP Bulletin that warns of, and explains, the medic alert for seniors scam, that is well worth the reading.

I have been getting numerous calls from the # above. When I call back , I get a busy signal, other times I am told this # is not in service.

Okay, this is the number talked about for a while -- I posted on October 9 about it.  And, this is the scam outfit that constantly changes their phone number so the feds can not catch them.  I talked with an 82 year old friend today and she said she just hangs up on them -- but she had NO IDEA they were scammers.  So please let friends and family know:  if it comes to your phone, it is a scam 99.99 percent of the time.  And now -- the new number at 612 PM PDT:  212.677.6432.  I checked and so far no other complaints about it.  Since I got calls from the number posted here also on Oct 8, 9, 11, 14 and 15 -- today we have a new one.  

This number calls my Mom in Fl. I told her to ignore it. Thanks for the information.

What makes you think that just because you are on the DNC list, illegal callers will pay any attention.  Only legitimate businesses pay attention to laws. The others don't care, don't you get it?  

I have a fax machine hooked up to my home phone. If it's a number I recognize I answer it, if not the fax answers it.  After a few calls they quit calling.  If all else fails, I answer the phone and blow a penny whistle into it.  It either hurts the eardrums of a real person or screws with the computer if it's a robo call.  These calls aren't going to stop so quit complaining and take care of it yourself.  You people take these calls way too seriously.  They keep calling because they are getting the response they want from you.  Chill out.

So many calls to my88-year-old mother. Will put complaint into FCC but have never seen results from this. Worth trying though...New York is what caller Id gives as name.

So tired of getting these calls.....no message, but I am sure they will call again and again.  I never answer, but that does not seem to deter these telemarketers.

got another robocall from 212-333-2692 caller ID said "NEW YORK" on Tuessday 10-15-13 @ 812 PM =
same number and called ID as earlier on Wednesday 10-09-13 @ 153 PM.

three rings and answered and no one there. they had already disconnected the call.
Gotta be the same Senior Alert/ Coupon SCAMMERS as before.

10/15 17:37 second call from this number offering Senior Life Alert and $1,000 in grocery coupons for signing up.  Of course, message is robo and left on voicemail.  How anyone can expect a response is beyond me but if enough of us report them, maybe eventually they will be stopped.  In the meantime, I am about to block this number.

I've received over 10 calls from this #. At first I pressed 9 to be removed from their list but that doesn't work. Now when I try to talk to someone, they hang up after a few minutes. Then they call the next day.

VERY ANNOYING. TWO CALLS IN TWO DAYS. LAST NIGHT AFTER 8:30PM TONIGHT JUST AFTER 6:30PM. HAVE "PRESSED 9" BEFORE, WHICH JUST SEEMS TO HANG UP THE CALL. NO DATA ON THE CALLER BEYOND THE PHONE NUMBER.

They have called our house at least 35 times in the last week, We are on the do not call list feel like they are harassing us.

I get this call very often. Something about security alarm system. When I call back, it says "No connection available".

These people play on those whose curiosity gets the better of them.  The robot calls, then yeah, go ahead and push a button or call them back.  When you call these jerks back, you have just made it okay for them to hound you forever.  All they need is that ONE call from you (even if they say it's to get off their call list).  Then they can claim you have a previous business relationship, because they now have a record of YOU calling THEM.
