this # calls all the time, it isvery annoying. if they do not stop calling, i will report them to the federal government. STOP CALLING THIS PHONE #!!!!!!!

They call constantly. I talked to them on Saturday, stating my current financial situation. They completed the call stating that if I don't pay, it goes to collections, blah blah...

Now today, they call again. What don't they get?

AMEX Collections.  One of seven possible numbers.  I'm reporting this number after 28 years of doing business with them.  All my cards (3 TOTAL) were cancelled when I bought from one of my subsidiaries LLC's.  I refuse to be reinstated and have vowed to educate them on loyalty by alerting the general public ON how they truly treat their longest customer.  I did pay the bill so not to harm my credit.  I did wait 41 days that was what justified the call.

Certainly AMX and I have IDed 25 numbers on my cell so I do not pick up. They will call from supposedly anywhere hunting us down. I agree in their ferocity despite the fact that last minute they became a "bank" and pocketed 3.4 billion in TARP funds. Still they do not give us a break and nobody is bailing out the little people that are hurt by this lousy economy.

Yeah, it is yet another American Express collections number.  We taxpayers bailed out all these big banks and wall street firms and now with their financial survival assured they are coming after all of us with a vengeance! But no one is bailing us out!

I don't even have an amex card... I called the number back and the man answered "american express"

Yes, this is indeed another AmEx collection call number. They are trying to be really tricky, and call me from a different number nearly every day. I'd love to get a few of their home phone numbers.

it was indeed Amex...they are slime balls and have well over 7 numbers

they are out of FLA and have numbers in many area codes

should have all our freinds give them a call....

They can persist all they want.  They ain't getting any more of my money.
